So, I work at a pet store and a customer asked me if I knew anything about this freshwater shark. He said one of his friends had a few of these sharks back in the 80s or so. He said it looked like a great white..the colorings were similar and it didn't look like it had scales. It grows about 8 inches.And possibly aggressive. I tried finding it on google and no luck. Could anyone be so kind and help me?

Yesterday there was little bleeding and then after intercourse it was like I just started. I used tampon and waited for a 2 hrs or so. And there's was nothing on it. I also had cramps last night. What would make me do that? We did use protection and it was not our first time.

Hello. I live in southern Maine and I would love to open up a pet store. I work at one right now, I've been there a year next month. I know how to do a lot of things. How do I get started, do I have to get a loan, credit card? I know that I want the store as a dog, cat, bird and fish store. I don't think I will be selling any animals. Just merchandise. For food I am going to the good stuff like Blue Buffalo, Taste of the Wild, Wellness, Solid Gold, Merrick and other great brands. I will not be carrying Science Diet, Iams, Eukanuba, Purina....yea you know the rest. lol.Bird food, fish food, cat toys and other great things. I also know some of the vendors. I just want to be able to get some of the finanacial down and be knowlegdable. This has been a long dream and a calling. =).

I have a 2 yr old siberian husky. He has meagesophagus and a blood vessel wrapped around his esophagus. He does have a weak immune system. I was wondering how we can boost it. He's healthy for the most part. He was diagnosed when he was less than 6 months of age.

I went online to find some info, and it said that feeding the raw diet will help. Do you guys know anything about that? I did ask our vet and he didn't know.

I have irregular periods and around this time or so I should be starting and I dont feel like my body is getting ready for it either. I am sexually active but use a condom EVERY time. No matter what. I just dont know when it's acutally late. Could I have a chance of being pregnant? And at the end of this month should I test to make sure? Thank you.

I feed my Husky and Mutt Wingaling canned mix with California Natural(Husky) and Dogswell Happy Hips (Mutt). I know that they use the whole bone. Is it ok for the dogs to eat? The bones kind of crush if you squish them. I just didn't know if it was safe for them. Thank you!!

I work at a pet store. I was getting some feeders for a customer when she noticed that there were fry in the tank above. I thought that was weird because the last thing in there were Convicts and which they were sold. I looked up some pictures of the fry and that's what they looked like.

My question is..should we put them in a breeding nest or should we keep how they are now? And also, should we make the food powdered?

I had a dream that I was in some other country and I had to be in some kind of group. I was with some people, we were in a line, and then when we got to the front, we had to jump in the water and pull on something that was attached to us. Who ever got it first survived and the loser had to be killed. Well I lost and I remember being shot....I felt a little jolt and then nothing. I woke up in a panic. It felt real. What could that mean? It was scary!!

I work at a Pet super Store and we have a lot of people that want to mix the Zebra Cichlids with Oscars. I know that you can't mix different cichlids that don't live in the same country. But why? I had to Zebras with a Convict...I didn't know any better. lol. So some input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have my mother in laws dog. He's 11 yrs old. He's on some kind of Iams..I think. He has bad breath....really bad. And really bad hips.

My question is, How could I in nice and respectful way ask to switch his food to DogsWell Happy Hips?? And also, since I've had him and mixd Wellness, Wysong and other high quality canned food his breath has gotten better. Is that becuase of the high quality food? I've also been giving him some Joint and Hip supplements. Poor Dog. What do you guys think?

Does anyone know what dog food has low sodium?? I tried to google it but I couldn't find anything on it. It's not for me. I work at a pet super store and a lady came in and was asking me. But when I looked at the ingredients and the analysis it didn't say anything or how much. I didn't know! lol. Thank you guys.

Ok, I gotten off my birth control in June. Ever since then my periods have been light and lasting 3 days...not normal. Has this happend to anyone too?

I have two Green Cheek Conures. We don't know the genders. I was watching them today and noticed that their rear ends were touching and one of them kept backing up! lol. Does anyone know what that means or a guess?! I didn't know if I should encourage it or discourage it.

I work at a pet store in Maine. We do carry Iams and Eukanuba...but when I go to a grocery store or Wal-mart they also carry it. So would those to brands be premium or grocery store brand? Either way they aren't good food. Just curious and does anyone eles agree?

I have 2 green cheek conures. We don't know the gender of them. But when they are together, the put there beaks together but tapping them at the same time...and they don't scream at each other either....They're not agressive towards each other. What does it mean? Are they attracted to each other or what?

I went to a Science Diet Seminar for work a few weeks ago. They told me and other co-workers that if you'r dog is on Nutro or anything eles that you might as well by a shovel and a coffin for you animal becuase you'r killing it!!!! What would you do? They preached about how great corn is and that it's not a filler. It's a source of protien and it's digestable. What do you think, honestly.

I went to basic training, I broke my left foot and fractured it. I also fractured my right foot and hairline fracture in my right shin. Its a yr later and just standing on my feet at work feels like my feet are fractured again. Whats going on?!
