On May 8th 2014, around 9AM I was ready to leave for work, as I was reversing out of my driveway I checked for incoming cars in both directions to ensure safely. Then I slowly proceeded. As I was ALREADY on the road, I changed my gear from reverse to drive ready to take off. Then I heard a loud screech sound then a loin’s bullet sound. My side airbags deployed as well my back bumper came out

After the other driver came to a complete STOP, I walked out of my car and asked him if he saw me. He answered NO then followed by I’m so sorry I DID NOT see you” Then I went ahead called the police and filed a report, after the police finished his investigation on both parties, the police stated he was AT FAULT. The weather was very foggy and visibility was poor.The police didn’t issue any tickets because he wasn't present.

Additional questions:

I want to know who's at fault here.. and since I only have liability...

1- Can i hire an attorney after the decision is made?

2 Other party insurance said , they not accepting liability, until further investigation is made ( which a police report or not sure why) However the police didn't make a report. I went down to the station and asked the officer to take make one.

3) if they came back with 50/50 can i fight it?

4) do i have to sign any papers to accept 50/50 liability?

also can i disagree with the other party discsion and fight them to fix my car?

So I'm good at landing interviews and get HIRED. BUT i don't seem to stay long enough, I either quit or get FIRED for stupid reason. Have anyone experienced that before? could it be A.D.D. OR A.D.H.D?

I went to a job interview last week , which it went great, then I went to an interactive interview also went great. then had a district manager interview the next day which i felt was good.

then the store manager called me 20 mints after telling me that he's interested in me, but before he makes an offer he needs run my background check. Later that day I sent an email thanking him, he responded back the next day that my background check went to HR. now my question. how long it takes to get an answer. it has been since last Wednesday ( which 2 days) , should i send an email asking for an update? or wait until he calls me?

I just lost my job . I live in SF and my rent is 1150.. I'm not sure if i can get edd and if i do it would only be 1800, not sure if i can still make it. I feel i want to move back to LA, but then i signed a 12 month lease ugh..

I make 54k a year. I was looking online and was lucky to land a job interview, but I will be taking a huge pay cut.. she told me the position offers 35k a year

I have 3 opinions..

1) take the offer that makes maybe 35k ( which im negotiating to maybe 44k

2 collect unemployment making 1800 a month ( which my rent is 1150 living in SF

3) move back to LA, parents house ( which i will have 2 break my one year lease)

Expenses I have are the following.

Rent $1150

cell $150

car own 3000 payment 314 a month.

Credit cards 2045 for now , +8500k student loan which i pay later.

I dont know what to do, the lady needs an answer soon. and Im still thinking on what should I do.

They offer benefits, allowance yearly and 35k a year. Later on I asked her if the salary is negotiable maybe we can go to 40K to 42K a year or something. Now here is the expense I have, I live in San Francisco area.

Do you think I can live on that? Yes I know it would a bit hard, or I can get unemployment and make $1800 a month.

I live in Los Angeles, Im about to get a job offer from a RETAIL company in San Francisco, and The company is about to offer me the job this coming Friday or Latest Monday.

Im not very familiar with SF, as I have friends to stay for now. I want to know how much I should ask for to relocate there ( my 2 weeks notice,or one month??? previous job, but what is an acceptable time I can ask for so I can fully relocated and fine a place and get situated ?

I was looking at the food guide they send with the DVD, as i was reading most people eat oatmeal, OJ, half banana, and repeat after workout. or yogurt, peanut better sandwich on while gain bread or tuna. ( but what if its not enough food) will my body tell me ? I did my calculation of calories i need to eat daily. it came out to be 2340 per day / that by 5 meals a day =468 calories each meals ( which i know i can add and sub between means,)

my question is , I need exact food so i can go and shop for it. as this is my 1st time trying to eat right so i can be in shape.

like what to eat in the AM before , AM AFTER ,snacks in between, what kind of snacks, LUNCH,(beside chicken salads, tuna, etc ) DINNERS ETC.. ( chicken etc..

and what food I should stay away from ?

I just got home, as I was trying to go online my wireless laptop couldn't connect ( i try troubleshoot, it referred me to Ethernet cable not connected , It was working great yesterday, as i restarted it so many times and also reboot it to where it was working fine, still no luck! anyone know about this issue
