I own the Turtle Beach X12 Headset and use it with my xbox 360. The problem I'm having is that when i try to join a party and talk with people i can only hear them through the headset if i have my preferences set to play voices "through speakers" which means it treats my headset like an extra set of speakers. This makes playing games with people difficult because when the games being played i can barely hear peoples voices as the game over shadows them. When i first got my headphones they worked through headset but now when ever i select the option i hear nothing. Is there anything i can do in order to fix this?

Yesterday we were talking about how her mother and younger sister had gotten into an arguement about us (Her younger sister had borrowed something of mine and hadnt returned it even when we asked several times over the last month) and my wife was pretty happy to hear her mother had done something that she felt benefeited us. Me on the other hand, i was thinking if she was saying what she said then why didnt she grab it and return it to us. She would have seen us later in the week anyway. My wifes mother is a drug addict and an alchoholic and has made very bad desicions about raising her children, mostly leaving her kids unatended for weeks at a time without food or any supervision. Dss had been called on them regularly throughout their life, So my wife wants to have a relationship with her mother now and she kinda looks at everything her moms doing as her mom trying to be there for her. Mind you she still drinks and does drugs still and is also taking care of her younger sister. Now here is where my mistake comes in. Knowing everything i already do about the woman and not liking her on a regular basis, she demands to walk my wife down the isle when we renew our vows. my wife had already asked her father to and now she is bending over backwards to make her mother happy. Also the woman recently god married invited the rest of the family accept for my wife and i. So the way i look at it if she wont invite us to her wedding then why should we invite her to ours. Yes i know all this sounds very childish but its still very irritating. Now i screwed up by saying (already in a bad mood) "She's a piece of ****, if she was right there why didn't she get it? Shes talking all this **** about how shes changed and how you should be proud of her but when she gets the opportunity to do things she just watches." (the arguement was about her little sister who is pregnant who is living with her boyfriend in a house where you cant see the floor and the house could be condemned the second someone gows to inspect the integrity. The house is falling apart, rat **** all over the place, and she is confined to a small space of the house. Shes going to be giving birth soon and its not generally somewhere anyone should raise a child. That said i screwed up by talking bad about her family. I want to make it up to her. also at the time i thought it would be fine since she talks a lot more **** about her family than i do. But i made things worse between us so i want to fix it. I'm not sure what to do. We made up last night and things were fine when we went to bed. (Make up sex) but i want to do something to show that im sorry and that i didnt mean to offend her by what i said. does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can say or do. Any women who have any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will go to great lengths to appologise so ill really do anything.

I'm a high school student and recently i have been having some trouble with the school.

At the current moment i am not allowed to attend school because i was suspended until the school thought i wasn't a threat. then because of everything other students have been saying about me, i have been forced to make a decision either i can go to a remedial school for the rest of the year. Or i can just be expelled from the district schools. The reason why all this has happened is because i decided to stick up for someone in class. The entire class accept for about five people were picking on him all at once. Even the teacher was. First it was about why he painted his nails, Then it was about why he chose to listen to icp music. After that it was lies about him supposedly being in a gang. The teacher started saying "That's really stupid of you, why would you do something like that?" so i told her "He has the choice to do what ever he wants hell if i wanted to i could be a criminal even a cereal killer if i wanted to so back off and leave him alone. After that the teacher said that she would have to report me. The next day was the Connecticut shooting. An entire weekend passed and then the entire school was saying i came to school with a gun and a hit list and they all said my best friend hid a bomb in the school (because of this he has transferred to another school). I slept in late so i was no where near the school for two hours. When i finally got to school I was sent to the vps office imedietly. There i was questioned about what i had said and what "Sick thoughts" were going on in my head. He had no idea when i said it or why and he didn't ask. He just asked what i said. I didn't even know what all he was asking because he was being vague. So i answered that i had said i could be a cereal killer if i wanted to. i was told i wouldn't be suspended that it was all just a misunderstanding. Then over Christmas break, i received a suspension notice. It stated that i had told several students that i was going to kill them because they didn't even know my name. I was told i could transferred to a different school to avoid backlash from students but for only a few weeks, i was then told that i would be kept in contact about what would happen. I received a call two days ago saying to come in for a meeting, the meeting was today. I went in with my mother and we were told that i was being transferred to the remedial school. I had no idea what was going on. And so i started asking questions and they said it was out of their hands. They said that i could accept going to the school and sign the paper work or i would be recommended for expulsion. I want to know if i can sue the school and the people who had said what they said about me. I said nothing about murdering friends and my entire life is being changed because of this. Most of all my future is being effected. Is there anything i can do in this situation besides going to a different school. My moms told me if i want to sue then i would need to raise the money myself because she isn't going to help me, she keeps saying just to do the schooling and then be done with it. I am wronged and i don't want to roll over and let this pass. Please if there is anything i can do please help me find out what it is.

My wife has never had a regular period. she first had a period when she was eleven and due to pancreatic cancer she hadn't had another one until she was eighteen. Her period is still very irregular she had one a month ago and this month a week later and still nothing. I know periods can be irregular and i probably shouldn't even be asking you people and having my wife talk to her doctor but still i want some unprofessional opinions before i get a professional

i love listening to music and recently i gave my best headphones to a friend due to some problems going on with his room mates. well im in the market for new headphones and i like listening to dub step so its gatta have great bass, i like rock and metal so id also want great sound quality. ive thought about audiotechnica or sennheiser headphones but not sure about those headphone reviews. can anyone recommend any headphones that fit my preferences? ten points best answer

i always feel alone like no one realy cares. i feel i have proof because when i try talking to the people who are suposed to be my friends im ignored i try talking to the person i love and she either dismisses what i say or she doesn´t hear what im saying. i feel at the point where im sick of my life and the people in it. i planned some thing for later this summer if things didnt go right with my life i even told my doctor and he dismissed it too. i guess people look at me like if you really wanted to die you would have done it already. i do and then i dont. i dont want to because i dont know what will happen to me when i die and please no bible thumpers im not looking for religion. i want to die because i feel alone all the time accept when im with the woman i love but when im away from her i feel horrible.

how can i tell if a DVD has more than 7 GB of memory on it?

i have a Dell Dimension 2400 and when i turn it on it goes to a screen that says the following error message.

This isnt the first time this has happend and it was never resolved, i cant do anything from this screen and i cant try to reinstall windows vista because i dont have the installation disk so i tried installing windows 7 ultimate. i do not know how to install OS on a computer. do any of you know anything that can help me?

Please dot suggest getting a new computer because i dont want to get a new one if i can fix this one i plan to strip whats outdated which would be most of the computer and build myself a gaming computer. but thats besides the point how can i fix this problem?

i have a fatality creative mouse and when ever i click now it registers a double click so if im moving files which i do often the window poops up or almost everything is opened how do i fix my mouse. do i need to get a new one?

for the past month or so i've been constantly thinking about this woman i go to school with. we got to know each other a lot over the past month and i could tell she liked me because the looks she would give me and how she would look at me when i would leave. yeah i always had my eyes on her but when i told her how i felt about her sure as could be that i was on the verge of loving her she told me not to say that. she told me "i like you. Alot alot alot but i cant see me ever loving you like you would me" she then went on about how she was different from everyone else in the sense that she could not truly this that and the other and how all she really wanted was to be alone. generally she was a person who believed she hurt everyone she was around and that she was destined to hurt me too. well we went on a break from school then and i still remained in contact with her but her mood toward me changed. and she told me i made things in her life complicated and she couldn't stand me for that and she ignored me ever since but when i wasnt there she would ask my friends where i was but her face "had no emotion" as my friends put it. i believe them because when she told me she couldn't stand me i no emotion in her eyes what so ever. that hurt and since then i have had a few friends that wanted to date me. all of them female. and i couldn't do anything with them i wanted nothing but friendship. i used to be that just the thought of women would sexually stimulate me but now the only real thoughts on my mind are of her. i don't feel sexually anything when i think of her. all i want is to have her in my arms and to keep her there because i love her. and i know its stupid of me to say that. she told me it was. but i cannot help myself from feeling that way now every time i see her my chest hurts and i feel like crying because i know there will never be anything there again. i feel like the biggest fool for letting myself get attached to her i tried preparing myself for rejection but even that wouldn't help me. i tried forgetting her but she is the last thing i think about before i fall asleep. i think about what could be in a different world, a world where we can be together and i wont feel alone anymore.
