Ok so I bought this iPod second hand about a year ago worked absolutely fine I was happy as a clam. Wasn't the best looking thing but what ever. Its a 120 GB 5th generation iPod video. About a month ago it fell on the floor wile charging and the next morning it started skipping a massive amount of songs and restarting its self. So I restored it and tried to reload my music. It got about 300 songs in when it said something was wrong and stopped syncing. One of my friends said restore it again so I did that and now when I try to load my music it wont even put one song on it. A box pops up and says that the ipod cant be synced because a duplicate file name was specified. What is that????? And how do I fix it?

And if I do have to take it to an iPod guru about how much will it cost?
