I found a envelope from SF B of A treasury. when I was remodeling my home. it had $1300.dollars in it all $20.bills in bundles of 5. all were minted in 1969. All were mint condition. After depositing them i realized that they may have been valuable. Now that i am sure they were silver certificates backed by 20 silver dollars, what steps can I take to either sue Bank, the employees or the deposit insurance company? It disturbs me to think that someone behind the bank counter traded the funds and sold them for $32,000.

Am I screwed? this was over five years ago. Only thing that makes me feel better is to know that I would have spent it by now any way.

Indemnification? I got a 5 /30 business loan. How can escrow close if all owners don't sign quit claim or grant deed? Loan agent said that no one showed up on title except me? Title company demanded a signed qut claim. 1 from my ex wife and my uncle on another loan request. Is it possible they may have adjusted names on title awaiting signatures while wells fargo swooped in and processed a different loan? Did wells, the broker or me ,break a truth in lending act law?

first problem was unbalanced operation.added a little too much injector treatment. treated 30 gal tank w/ enough for 50 gal. advice for clogged injectors before finding fuel stop. narrowed down to sticking fuel stop under filter. got unstuck.I had someone overfill oil in engine (should have done it myself) . last trip truck smoked very bad. out of pipe which i thought it was injector treatment. then burning off of exhaust manifold. drained some oil and got to proper level only to find out it was fuel burning on exhaust. truck wont start @all now even with booster charger. I suspect hydraulic cylinder (full of fuel or oil) when i try to turn over acts like dead battery. not dead. and fuel streams out. I just want to know what is above and behind engine that needs to be fixed or replaced. I cannot see any fuel lines. only a 2" tube connected to turbo. found a insulating jacket with no tubing in it? prior mechanic may have forgot to re insulate something. I also saw an end of a heater hose or vacuum with open end lookig up from under passenger side right above tranny . not in leak location. help please. i know nothing of deisels.
