I get married May 29th, and while i know that it is late to start looking into this, i would like to figure out how to resolve it.

About 5-6 years ago, before we were dating, my girl had a bank account at bank of America. Her father had given her a check (from his account) and asked her to sign his name and deposit it into her account. So she did.. Anyways bank of america froze her account and said that fraud had been committed and that she could never bank with them again. Well, it turns out she cannot bank with any banks we have tried. At the time it happened her dad went into the bank and explained that he authorized her to do so since he was a truck driver and was out of town, they weren't hearing it.

So what i need to know is how to resolve this, is this something that we will have to deal with for the rest of our lives?

I am in my last 2 weeks of my senior year in college, you would think that would be motivation enough, but its not.

For the last 2 months ive been hit back to back with major tests and projects. My body and mind are completely exhausted with school work. I have a test in the morning, a project due wednesday and two finals next week.

I have tried to relax a bit so that i can study tonight (I HAVE TO) but its not working because it makes me feel like im wasting away precious time.

Any ideas here guys? I need to do well on this test but its very hard extensive financial material and i feel like im going insane.

Alright guys, Im tired of being "The Fat guy." This weekend my girl and i went out and bought bikes. I am about 6'2 355lbs 24 years old size 48 pants and 3-4xlt shirts (according to the doctor im healthy other than weight.) Yes i know this is ridiculous.

Anyways, i want to get in better shape before i turn into a old guy dead or in a wheel chair.

Besides dieting- what do you recommend as far as a work out schedule- I rode my bike on a trail for an hour or so today and it about killed me, Though i feel good about it. If i were to ride 3-5 times a week for 1-1.5 hours, is that adequate health wise? I am not trying to turn into a twig but i would like to get back into a healthy life style. I am not interested in running, walking is fine though. I have read that cycling will not really burn fat in other areas besides your legs, is this true? and what are some other exercises that i could do from home?

I decided that i wanted to get into blackpowder so that next year i could start deer season early. I purchased a CVA Electra for 244 shipped. I did not buy the scoped version because i figured the scope wasnt any good. What powder and sabots do you recommend, i would prefer pellets. Also what other accessories do i need to buy - including cleaning materials.

I have too many rim and center fire guns so i figured i would start blackpowder- i have intentions to buy a traditional style rifle and a 209 primer rifle in the future.

My fiance (female) called me just now and said she was pulled over at in dallas texas by an officer who came to the window and said he just pulled her over to "holla" at her. She said he then proceeded to harass her and not let her leave, then he pretty much asked for a booty call. Police are not supposed act like this - what can we do if anything- she didnt get a badge number but she has a description of him, time and place.

I am looking into buying a new car because my 2008 civic has 104k miles and i drive too much to worry about break downs (it has started to have random functions breaking.)

I would really prefer a 4x4 SUV or truck but i have a tahoe i use at a second car, so i think if i get a sedan i will be alright.

I would like to stay below 25k but i should be fine up to 30K. I do want another honda, they are not very good cars in my opinion. I have owned Several GM and Toyota cars and they have been great, I have always heard subaru's are good but i don't have any experience with them. I would like to purchase something that holds its value a bit better than the honda did, it dropped 2/3s its cost in 2 years.

I am not opposed to used cars as long as they have under 15k miles.

Any info you guys could give me on reliability- or past/current experiences with these vehicles, or make a suggestion to a comparable vehicle that would be great.

PS Not a fan of KIA, Hyundai. or Ford

I think that it is unfair that police have to have this huge ego that they can do whatever the helll they want. Do you think they ever sit down and think, gee i might not be such a badass, maybe i shouldnt be corrupt?

It just makes me mad that police can give you a ticket for going 2miles over in a school zone and then i see them every day haulin *** around the campus and doing donuts in the parking lot.

I have used dip and cigs for a number of years, ive quit several times, but i always go back, not because i need nicotine, but i guess because of the lack of something to do?

Ok so i havent used tobacco all week, ive been eating nicotine gum... do you think its best that i stay on the gum longer so i get used to nicotine with out "doing something" and then switch to regular gum?

I have the bushmaster with the carry handle. I have already bought the rail. Which is the best holosight? whats the difference between the bushnell and eotech , and which eotech is the best? If im going to spend the $ i want to get a good one.

To start out, Here is what i have at hand. Remington 870 Tactical 12ga, Taurus PT145 .45 acp, Taurus 24/7 Pro 9mm, Rossi .38 Special, Bushmaster m4 .223, a taurus raging bull .44 mag and a few others that i know im not going to use. I know most people will say 12ga... which is probably the best, but my main concern is going through walls. I have hollow points in all my pistols, and 0 buckshot in my shotty. Ive read that i should use #4 shot (turkey rounds.)

If anyone has any real life experiences let me know, I am in texas and i know my rights under the castle law. I am not afraid to shoot, and would prefer a kill.

Also if anyone can point me towards somewhere that i can get a good affordable light for my pistols and 870, both taurus's have rails in front of the trigger guard.

You do not need a class 3 license... All you do is get a form signed off from the chief officer in your county, and pay a $200 tax to the atf... Dont tell me im wrong i just bought one.

In texas its not illegal to open carry long arms. Ive walked around outside (in town) with my AR15 and no one seemed to care..but i called the police just too ask thier view on the issue and they said dont do it?? If theres no law and i keep it shouldered so i dont "knowingly or intentionally" cause alarm, why would they tell me that... If i legally own a gun i bought at the store, they should calm down.

I love colorado! I have been thinking of taking a week long road trip (from Dallas, Tx) during my spring break (week of march 15 2010.) I would like to go back to silverton and ouray but i am afraid that the mountain roads may still be unpassable at this time of the year, (the roads are scary during the summer haha.) What i am interested in doing is mainly driving through the state to view the scenery. I would like to make some sort of loop coming out of new mexico and going through denver and back down to texas. Does anyone have any idea about what i should do or be aware of? Or is this even a good march trip? My other option is to go to the grand canyon with my brother but ive been too many times.

Over the weekend i traded $100 and a blackberry curve for a blackberry storm on craigslist. And now the lady is sending me a bunch of text messages saying she wants her phone back because mine wont work. She is threatening to call the police saying that i ripped her off. I dont think i am liable for that since the phone was used.

I am in Texas.

By the way, ive already sold the phone i got from her (yesterday) because i needed money.

I am a college student and i bust my butt working and going to school and money is really short.

Is there anything (legal) that that lady can do against me?

I broke out with a herpes rash (i think) on my stomach about a month and a half ago and it wont go away. It starts looking like it will go away and then it comes back, there are no blisters its just a bad red rash and it itches alot. I cant afford any medication at the time being, are there any cheap remedies that WORK? PLEASE HELP

Why are kids having sex so young these days, this is ridiculous. What happened to little league and T Ball. 12 year old kids are too young to be having sex, dont parents teach thier kids anything nowadays? If i would have done this ground up, i would be in so much trouble.

I really think that, as time progresses, parents stop punishing their

kids, and its hurting society. These kids need to realize what they are doing.
