How to combat guilt based arguments?
So let's say you decide to berate someone or not help someone that has helped you in the past. Usually they will use a guilt based argument("I've done so and so for so long, how can you do this to me?" or "I've given you so much, you should at least give some back").
Now it may some like I'm being an ***, but I technically don't owe people back for favors or services. It annoys me that people will try to use their effort as leverage against you. How do I combat these people who do this? Because rejecting is kind of a dick move.

2nd generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2370M Processor (2.4 GHz)
or
3rd generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3130M Processor
Also wondering if Intel HD Graphics 4000 is a fair card for gaming(such newer games as BF3 and such) or should I upgrade to an AMD like a 1 GB AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7670M Discrete-Class Graphics?
1 AnswerDesktops8 years agoWrite a quadratic equation in standard form that goes through these points?
The points are (-1,2) (0,4) and (3,-2).
I know I need to solve the system but the numbers aren't turning up. What do I do?
2 AnswersHomework Help8 years agoCheapest upgrade for BF3 on laptop?
I have a HP Pavillion dv7 Notebook PC.
Now I've always wanted to play BF3, but recently the guys over at "Can You Run It" have delivered the bad news.
It seems I need to upgrade my laptop.
Now my stuff isn't too bad, a Intel Duo Core 2.00Ghz processor and a Geforce 9600M GT graphics card.
Unfortunately, this isn't enough. Now I really don't want to meet recommended settings(don't have the money), but I would like to meet minimum requirements. Processor and Graphics card are the only two I need to change. They say the min. is 2.4Ghz duo core and I'm not really sure about the graphics card.
I'm not the best in tech, I know the comp basics but that's pretty much it.
My budget is below $90 for the graphics card and below $110 for a processor if that's even possible.
I really don't want to spend too much on these, and if they can all be found on Amazon that'd be even better.
3 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks10 years agoWhy is my CPU usage so high with nothing running?
Lately, I've seen that my CPU usage was amazingly high for no apparent reason, and it's having an adverse affect on my Internet usage.
It wasn't like this before, only recently, and it's really bothering me.
I've used msconfig, most of them I pretty much wanted or needed, and I looked at my processes, in which I deleted some, but not enough to help too much as I need most of them.
I have Verizon Security Suite by McAfee and I did a full scan, no malware or spyware.
They tell me that my anti-virus might be the cause, but on my processes it's really not taking up much.
I really have no idea what to do, I've done disk refragment, removed programs, etc.
I have Windows Vista with 4GB of RAM. I've only seen the comp use like 2.30 max, so I really don't think I'm having an issue with that.
