I have 2 containers of it stored in the fridge for 4 years or so. They are a salt-like base and one is white cheddar and another is sour cream and onion. Are these safe for consumption?

I ate a Medjool date and I normally bite it halfway through then remove the pit. This time I bit into it ate it and discovered black fluffy stuff on the inside. Will there be any side effects? I know I'll survive I just am curious if I'll be sick or not.

So I had a fruit smoothie (with no dairy, just fruit) and took doxycycline an hour and a half later. Then experienced the nausea and felt like vomiting so I took 2 dimenhydrinate. Is this a good combination? Should this make the nausea go away? Or will I continue feeling like vomiting during the whole duration of this medication. (I'm taking it for acne) ... Though now I'm realizing how dangerous it is to the liver and stomach. I already suffer from GI issues and acid reflex.

For example, one so sensitive that where you'd have a generalized conversation and one feels the possible intent of judgement they irrationally respond with attitude or insult one with the first thought of word even if it's not actually relevant towards the character? Even when there in fact is no judgement at all. From the non-sensitive person.

The type of person who will also get angry for being wrong even if it's not something to worry about. Will cry or irrationally react in response before coming to terms of just coming out as mislead?

The type of person who will throw rage fits when approached with not an argument, but a change in tone towards what they feel is a possible argument?

I survive around 2 people like that in my home. I find it very difficult to have a conversation without their personal feelings getting in between situations that were never even meant to be insulting or hurtful in the first place. They both with freak out on me give me attitude out of no where and call me a name that has no relevance towards a physical action at all.

I notice these type of people don't do well in conversations where you share your own opinion amongst there own. It's almost like they have no open acceptance of other's thoughts. Like you almost have to just think the same way as them in order to get along or else they will feel as if they are doing something wrong and get emotional in a SUPER defensive way. How are you suppose to live with this though?

I've always really loved my lip piercings. They are my favorite visual trait of myself.. Will removing them be good for character building? I wanna keep them but I can't decide. I mean I can always re-pierce them later on if I want them back.. It's just I've had them for so long so much that I think I'm emotionally attached to them. I can't decide.

Normally when I have a fruit shake in the morning then take vitamin pill I'm alright. But today my fruit shake had no bananas and it consisted of, grape fruit, 2 oranges, 2 apple pears, and one apple. I had some coffee before I consumed my shake so I'm thinking that may have added to my nausea and diarrhea... Is it normal to feel like complete crap after this combination? Or do I have some sort of food poisoning?

I've got this "Veganique" whole food health supplement plant based drink mix. It expired 03/2012. Is the drink still effective? It's still in the container in a dry place. I'm wondering if it will kill me or not and if the vitamines will still have the same effect?
