What's the names of this manga? It's not absolute boyfriend, or chobits, or dragonballs.

So I read this manga about a girl who finds a guy 'asleep' on the side of the road. When he tries to wake him he claims that she is his master and that he is an android. It's kinda like chobits. But they keep their clothes on! So he follows her around to school and once jumps infront of a bus to save her (heroically). Later he babysits her younger brother. But what she arrives home the brother is hurt and she blames it on mr android and tells his to leave. What is the name of this manga?

i got a snap shot of the first page but i cant seem to find what it is called. its starts of by showing a boy on black and white tiles. it says "instead of thinking that i was going to die, i thought 'oh, i'm going to break' instead of feeling pain, i just felt hot. instead of feeling scared, my mind was completely blank'
