hi, ive had a really bad time and a lotta personal problems during my BE, so I ended up with bad scores. ive got 58.7% in my BE computer science. I am currently working with a software company as a software developer for the past 1 year. I am really good at applying my knowledge practically, and really bad at memorizing stuff and vomiting in the exam. Thus the marks.

My question is : Do US universities consider previous academic records as a yardstick for admissions, or do I really stand a chance if I get a score of 1500+. I am fairly positive that I can do well in the GRE because of my previous streaks in aptitude based tests. HELP ME OUT!!!

Hi, I'm 23, with a job that pays me well. I am well educated too(I'm a software engineer really), and all I do in my free time, is be alone! I had tried my luck with dating a girl, but it went horribly wrong, because I started feeling that I was better off being alone, and that the relationship was becoming a burden, because I used to speak to her very often, and had stopped doing the things that I enjoyed. GeForceFX5200(128 MB RAM).

Im wondering if I should upgrade the PC, or buy a PSP, as my budget is kinda tight right now... I use the PC for gaming mostly. Any help would be appreciated.

I just rather brought home a German Shepard Cross. One of the parents was a German Shepard, but the other one was god knows what. Its 4 months old now... I got it vaccinated on the way home.

It seems to be a very well mannered dog. Its not fussy about eating, and doesnt bite/growl at family members. Overall, its a very playful dog, but it seems to be comfortable only when Im around. I took it up to the terrace just to let it play. It barked a couple of times,and I just froze. This is the first experience all of us are having with raising a dog. I realized later that it was barking so I wouldnt go downstairs again, and leave it alone!! NOW THATS SWEET!!!

My questions are:

How do I teach him from now, how to communicate with me? and how do I learn not to fear my dog ?

How do I tell him Do, and Dont Do? It already seems to understand basic commands like jump, come, right ,left....I have no idea how, as it doesnt even have training, nor has any1 taught it !!!

I need 2 dogs preferably of differnet species, to guard the house. My new home is situated a little out of the city where thefts are frequent. I dont want to go in for an expensive breed. Please give out as many ideas as you can

With minimum cost that is.....I just want the tank repainted, not the whole body. Guys at the official garage told me that the stickering comes in a set. So...I dont wanna buy the whole stickering which is like 2000 bucks !!!
