I currently take the training supplement myoplex everyday, can I add creatine monohydrate and L Glutamine?
I can get the L Glutamine and Creatine really cheap on the internet, but want to add them to the myoplex as it tastes ok compared to other products which taste bad! Ideally I want to add them all together into the same drink, I realise that I need to cycle the Creatine and stay on the other 2 supps pretty much constantly
