I have an usb device that does not pick up on certain pc's. All pc's are using XP.

Plugging directly into my home pc usb or my laptop and windows will not pop up that a new device was found. But when I plug it into my usb hub it picks up and the device driver can be installed. I do not know if this might have something to do with usb 1 or 2.

All the pc's has working usb ports and are installed with XP service pack 2.

The device is in a perfect working order and the device cable is also fine. There is nothing wrong with it.

Any info will be appreciated.

For some reason my Time zone change to +8 when I used my Bluetooth to my pc for internet browsing. It not only does this on one pc but to my laptop as well and I am using different Bluetooth devices to connect. Please Help...

I started working at a software company as helpdesk consultant about 5 mounths ago. Now a opertunity to get another job in programming for other company as come up, but I currently know what to expect from my current imployer. My current job is a good job but the other is into the direction which I would like to move. Current pay is good but the other job offer is better. I know my current surcumstances but do not know if the new job would be for me.
