I work for a factory in the US who is owned by a UK company. They think the culture in our US factory should be the same as the UK facilities.

I know a few things that go on there could not go on here, period.

Does anyone have insight as to what it's like to work in a factory in the UK?

How many hours do you take a semester?

I'm shooting for 9 hours vs 6 I have taken before. I'll go two nights a week from 5:40-9:45.

Can I survive this?

How is the food? What's the difference between regular and royalty prices?

My niece has been doing very odd things. Like writing "I will have sex with you.. asking about men's private parts and if they "grow"

dreaming about sex with boys in her class.

It's obvious that something has happened. Her dad is a known meth user. He has her every other weekend.

My sister called and reported it and they won't even investigate. My sister does not have money for a lawyer. HElp!

My boyfriend is throwing me a birthday party. He hired a magican for entertainment.

I thought it would be cute to use plastic top hats and make some paper tissue flowers to go in the center.

I took two packs back to back. I haven't had a period in a while.

2 packs at least.

The last pack I took the week off.. and have yet to have my period four weeks later. I stopped taking the pills to force a period but still nothing. I took two pg test which both came out negative. I feel like I will get my period anytime. My breasts are super sore (they normally are before my period starts) and I feel mild cramping. This has been going on for the last 4 weeks. I did have a time showing of blood but it was not much and only one time.

Any ideas? Yes I know I should go to the doctor.

It seems bare. What should we put above it? We have quite high ceilings.

What my mean by safe is do they wash it?

They always seem gritty. It's seems to me that they would wash their potatoes before baking but with the grit I'm not so sure.

Will a pant suit and jacket look too heavy?

I want to look professional. Is this the best way to go?

Seriously... This gets on my nerves.

Most times wouldn't it be easy for bosses to do things on their own? I know it's my job to assist but I have put many things in place so each person in my office has the knowledge to find what they need.

For instance: They constantly ask me questions and I have to stop what I'm working on to assist them. However I have compiled all the information they need on various spreadsheets that are easily and quickly accesible. I guess I'm just complaining.. but geez I have my own work to do!!!

I used one long ago that was in the Betty Crocker cookbook. The red and white checked one. As far as I can remember you melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler and then add powdered sugar and vanilla at the end.

I'm not sure of amounts. Does anyone have this recipe or a similar recipe? I'm going to use this for a cake if that helps.

It seems like even Jennifer Lopez has joined the stick with a head club. Most of the women looked terrible. Is there anything wrong with be a normal size. Like a 6 maybe? These ladies look terrible and are terrible role models for young girls and women everywhere.
