Bottom line. Concert in two weeks and I want to look really good. I have a pretty flat stomach right now but I want a little definition if possible. I know it's a very short time. I don't have a gym membership or anything so all I can do is stuff at home, running and I can probably afford some 5-10lb weights if needed. I'm usually pretty health conscious about my weight but right now I'm not above going w/o a few meals to look a little leaner to show off muscle. What are the best exercises and techniques for quick abs :?

I'm going to look at an used truck for sale. It's a 99 f150 w/ a 4.6 6 cylinder and 160,000 miles. I know it's a lot of miles but I'm wondering for how much longer will it still hold up? I know it has to do with how you take care if it and all so I'm wondering how do I, not knowing to much about engines, know if the trucks been ridden hard and if it's been mudded? Thanks

The guy that I'm with, we've been together for 6+ months. We aren't super serious as in we haven't had sex, don't talk about a future of getting married and all that kinda stuff. We're just being together and enjoying each others company and stuff like that, but we are exclusive and only see each other, only kiss each other and talk most of the day(texting mostly) everyday. Anyways, he has a LOT of friends that are girls and I'm a very jealous person. My dilemma is I don't know whether I should be honest with him and just be straight up and tell him it makes me jealous when we are out and see his friends that are girls and they talk or when he goes to hang out with them or if I should just stay cool and confident and act like it doesn't bother me.

I try to be as straight up and honest as possibly, as communication is key but I don't want to freak him out by being "over protective" or one of those crazy girls.

What should I do?

I can't stop reminiscing about the cute things he used to do and say and text about how much he liked me and such. I'm just wondering if I'll ever not think about it and be upset that it's not still that way :?

It's from a couple years ago and I know it has saxaphone in it. It's like a pop or dance song and it's a female singer atleast for this one part I have stuck in my head. The only words I know are the ones she sings and it's in spanish I think. she says "Oh no" and then something that sounds like "is-a-moe" or something...(?) and then she says "Oh no no" with a heavy spanish sounding accent. Sorry that's all I know and I don't know how to explain it any better :/ Any suggestions are greatly accpreciated.

I'm NOT a body builder...just a teen girl. :) I'm fairly thin as it is and I'm not really looking to lose weight, maybe a tiny tiny bit of fat in the lower abdominal area but I look fine right now. I really just want to get a nice toned tummy. I've read a lot of things that say your muscle need time to rebuild themselves so you shouldn't work your abs more than 3 days a week to gain muscle but does this rule apply to me since I'm not trying to body build (I focus on toning my abs and getting bigger thighs)? I usually exercise everyday, sometimes twice w/ things like reverse crunches, leg lifts, squats etc.

When you stand straight then keep one leg straight and slide it behind you other leg as far as you can while bending at the knee the leg that's in front?

Or do you even care?? Just wondering

So last night I got pretty drunk as far as I could tell. I had 11 tequila shots in about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs to be honest I'm not really sure because this morning I found out I had a 20 minute conversation with a friend which seemed like only 5 minutes. Anyways after I was really started to feel the affects I had to pee pretty bad (I was chasing them w/ pepsi max which makes me have to pee in general) anyways I really had to go but I was crying and very very upset about my ex. I normally have a hard time peeing if anyone is in the bathroom w/ me and I'm not relaxed. I was in so much pain from having to pee and not being able to let it out. Does anyone know why this was and/or what it was all about? Why couldn't I just use the bathroom if I had to go so bad?

We had sex yesterday (neither of us went "all the way"/orgasm) and he didn't cu/\/\. It was unprotected and was only my 3rd time. Anyways I started bleeding pretty much immediately after like usual because I'm small and inexperianced and he's pretty big. Anyways I've been bleeding for about 12 hrs (last time it lasted about 3 days total) but I will have occasional slight period like cramps on the opening part of my vagina.

I bled for about 4 days VERY lightly after I had sex for the first time on July 5th. My next period should be around the 21st but I want to make sure that the bleeding from the hymen breaking (I'm guessing) won't interfere w/ the date of my next expected period.

I'm just freaking out a little bit because I had unsafe sex - please save the yelling I know it was dumb and unsafe and all that I'm just trying to figure out when it's alright for me to use a pregnancy test when it will be accurate. I don't have any of the early symptoms tho (breast tenderness, cravings, fatigue etc.) Thanks

What if it was consensual? Would that make a difference.
