  • How do you put an ad on the right side of google?

I created the main campaign ad to put our company on the first page, which worked. Then I created a display ad which is doing really well. But when we search "Medical Alarm" Theirs another company that pops up on the right side with a big image and their name/location etc. How do you make an ad to come up above theirs or show up on the side even if its below theirs?

  • Ethernet issues?

Our house is wired with ethernet and we had someone come out to help us connect all the wires to each room. We plug our downstairs modem/router combo into the wall ethernet and it wont go to any of the other rooms upstairs. Is their something we are doing wrong?

  • Field Dressing Elk?

I have never gotten an elk before and wanted to try it next season. I see videos of field dressing/quartering elk and they take the 4 legs, backstraps, and usually the head or sometimes the male/female identification. What do they do with the rest of the body? How do you carry it out with no legs/head or do you just leave the ribs and guts? I know our family takes the heart and liver of deer so we would take that out but do you leave the rest? or how do you take it out.

  • Hunting caliber for close-long range ?

I have a .338 lapua I wanted to hunt deer with (I would buy 200 grain instead of 250 or 300) but I feel even with 200 grain its still going to ruin a lot of meat. I want to know a good lightweight rifle to buy, but one that shoots pretty flat at up to 500 yards. What would be a good caliber to buy? Currently I see 6.5 creed, 30-06, .308, .270 win, .300 but what is good for mule deer. Thanks!

  • Losing Weight?

So I calculated that I burn roughly 3500 to 3800 calories a day. (I am 6 foot, 230 and workout about 4-5 days a week) My question is that I currently am eating 1800 calories a day to lose weight. I have been doing this for about a week and a half so far. I looked up and about 3500 calories burned is equal to 1 pound of weight. So if I burn 3500 and eat 1800 that means I burn 1700 a day or 3400 every 2 days. So I should be losing just about 1 pound each 2 days but what is weird is I actually gained like 5 pounds. Can someone tell me what is going wrong, I should be down about 4 pounds but somehow gained 4. Thanks

  • Mechanic help?

I am thinking of buying a car at an auction. It is a ram 1500 2014 SL and I checked it in person. Everything was good but it had a check engine light and a missfire. The only code it has is a p0303 and I couldn't switch injectors or spark plugs since its an auction car. They don't let you work on it of course so I wanted to know if I buy this car, with only a 3rd cylinder missfire, what is the worst outcome it could possibly be costing the most money? If its a bent valve or the piston rings are worn etc then getting the car for 13k and paying 7k in repairs would of course not be worth it. I am hoping tho since it only has a p0303 code it wouldnt be that bad but does anyone know? Thanks
