2 month ago, I purchased a Christmas present for my wife on Ebay through the " Buy it Now" option rather than waiting for bids. I was told I would recieve the product within 7 working days, but 2 months later the company is still telling me nothing but " sorry for the inconvience and we will email you when it ships ". Every time since the beginning that I contacted them, they also push for me to take my money back instead of honoring the buy it now price. I contacted ebay who slapped the company with a warning, but says they don't get involved anymore further than that... I obviously don't want my money back and ebay wont offer options rather than contacting them again for a refund. Do I have anyway of making them honor the buy it now price and sent the product?

I understand they already have Adam Beach coming in next season, but does anyone know who is leaving the show?

In the last year or so, my local radio stations have lost almost half of their music playlist and our alternative/techno station actually closed down. I actually heard one DJ tell a listener that he wasn't allowed to play certain songs anymore that have been staples for years at that station. Is this the result of XM and Serious selling the music or has the music industry just become greedy and stingy?

I am tired of first person shooter games and the Sims. I would like to find a new game to occupy my free time. Games I currently play or have played are:

Scrabble, Civilization III, Wheel of Fortune, Starcraft, Warcraft, Battlefield 1942, Age of Empires, Empire Earth, Sim City, Alien vs Predator, and most of the card or board games.

Mine was being a bicycle messanger carrying a device to a city to mask their weapons systems, being attacked by an enemy plane, and having to fight the plane off with firecracker type rockets that you have to light a fuse on the end to start.

I have been getting answers to questions lately like " I don't know, but thanks for the 2 points " and seen questions like " How much wood can a woodchuck chuck ". Should people actually recieve points for these kind of answers and should the format be changed up so that the question asker decides who actually deserves 2 points for trying?
