I have bought a Sea Monkey kit and a Triops kit, I was wondering if you can raise them together in the same tank?

I wasn't doing anything wrong as far as I was concerned, I was in the car waiting for my son to get out of school and there were plenty of other parents and parked cars there. Am I getting a ticket? Should he not have said something to me if I was doing something wrong?

It was out about the year 2000 or before, it was small, blue and the main thing that distinguished it from others was that it was mainly for texting. If you got a call you had to plug in the earphone mic to speak. You flipped up the screen and the bottom half had the keyboard. It kinda looked like a small computer.

The ones you get now are called Sidekicks and I'm not talking about the Nokia E90, it was much smaller and very simple, this was back before the colour screens!!

I have closed a case but the opponent may now file for expenses. I don't have anymore money to pay my lawyer, therefore I would like to sack them from further representing me. I would like to know whether I will get charged fees for dismissing him, and any other fees like letters he may send out to let me know he is not representing me anymore etc. Will he charge for letters (if any) he sends to the opponent to let them know he longer represents me? I will have already sacked him and want no more to do with him after I pay him what I owe from this moment on!!

Ok, I understand that it would all depend on where on earth you were standing and how high from sea level you stood, but how far is the ground till we reach the edge of the earth's atmosphere and touch 'space'?

My partner crashed the car into the back of someones car who stopped needlessly and very suddenly. What are the consequenses of accecpting liability for this? And what if he doesnt accept liability?

My partner understands that according to the highway code it is his fault because he must have been too close (he knows he was not driving too fast also the airbag did not release) but it was very sudden and the other driver had no reason in the world to stop so suddenly after driving down a straight road which was clear and no hazzards to jump out at you. Plus the other driver only got a dent in his bumper while my cars front is completely smashed!

My partner feels he has no choice but to go bankrupt after having to pay for a court case. But we are not married and have been living together 2 years. I have a mortgage and everything is under my name and even his wages is paid into my bank account so I have all the power over his money anyway.

But will this affect me? I don't have any bad credit at all and he owns nothing much but cds and dvds and clothes. Please could anyone tell me as I have no need to go bankrupt but both our wages is not enough to live on and pay for anymore bills! We live in Scotland.

Parts of my gum are swollen and my tongue feels like it's been burnt, it feels like it wants to come up with ulcers but never get there. I've completely lost my appetite and my throat feels swollen like somethings blocking it or strangling me.

I just don't know whether to bother the doctor or let it pass on its own as I know its caused by this flu virus I have.

What would you guys do?

My partners legal aid has been declined after over 2 years representing him, due to telling them that he did not live with me for 2weeks and because of the 'trivialness' that we saw in the matter, when i moved back in, it did not spring to our minds to inform the Legal Aid board that i'd moved back in. Now his lawyer has decided to stop representing him even though the case comes to court in February and he has every chance of winning. Anyone advise of what happens now or what to do next or what will happen? He understands from what has happened the lawyer did not want to look bad in front of the legal aid board.

Can anyone give me a model number or even recommend a stereo that would fit the gap?
