Hello. My brothers and his girlfriend broke up (this time for real) a few months ago. She has custody of the kids, but he has visitation rights. He has them every other holiday, first, third, and fifth weekends of the month, and every thursday.

We all live in Texas. Well now, out of the blue, she says she's moving to Iowa. Totally random decision on her part. She said she's going to a community college that is going to let her start school mid-semester (which i call BS on cuz ive never heard of a college doing that). Anyway, can she just take the kids? its a 2yr old and a 4yr old. Not only that, the 4yr old has epilepsy and has his neurologist here, also he requires speech and physical therapy, which he is taking here, twice a week.

My brother is supposed to be paying child support, but he's been struggling with it, and is a few months behind. But his income tax is going to her.

Yeah, so my question is that: Can she just take them without his consent? Is there something he can do to stop her from taking them?

Ok. My cousins and I have never been on a plane. We just bought tickets to New York City ONLINE. So now we dont know how we actually get the tickets. I read through the confirmation email and it says we wont actually get paper tickets. So do we just show up? The email gave us two numbers, a REFERENCE number and a TRAVEL ID. Do we just bring that and our IDs?

Also, I hear you have to be a few hours early to get through security in time, so how many hours would be good?

Oh, also, can we bring phones and laptops on board, and actually be able to use them?

i have to restore my operating system cuz my laptop is not working anymore. it will only work in safe mode.

is there a website where i can upload the music i have saved on my laptop, then after my restoring of the operating system, i can redownload them to my laptop.

i already uploaded all my pictures to photobucket, where maybe ill redownload them to an external hard drive when i get one. and i uploaded all my videos to youtube, which i just noticed has this thing where you can redownload your videos. so thats awesome.

but i dont want to lose all the music i have. its not a whole lot, but i dont want to buy it all over again.

i dont have blank cds and i dont have an external hard drive. im restoring the operating system tomorrow.

im writing a paper for my class. Last time, I cited the way I thought I was supposed to, but my prof. wrote "incorrect" on my reference page as well as the in text citations. so please can someone tell me how to cite this web page on the reference list...in APA style. Up until now I had only used MLA style. and say for example i used the part labeled (c), how would i do the in text citation?

I think Obama won the debate.

Why? Well McCain's objective seemed to be to prove he had the experience it takes to be president and that Obama doesnt. But I think Obama knew how to argue his stance on everything. Very good rebuttal.
