Hello i want to sponsor my dad after my naturalization, but spelling on my naturalization and his passport doesnt match, but it sound same...if i want to apply for his green card do i do legal name change or is their any other solution to this problem. pls HELP!!!!

tomorrow is my oath ceremony and i decided to change my first name and middle name. in my form N400 i deny changing my name but now i feel like changing it. my question is

Q1) can i change it during oath ceremony

Q2)if no then can i change it later after naturalization.

Computer Information System Certificate From Texas State University?

I already have a Bachelors of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and currently working in a hospital as Medical Technologist for 2 yrs. however I want to do something in computers/IT, if i pursue a certificate in computer information system from texas state will that help me get a decent job in IT field. how employer view such a degree.

Big Disappointment with Medical Technology Bachelors Degree , thinking to purse 2nd bachelors in computer science and then MBA after few years

I already work in hospital for 8 month now,but not happy with the pay and seems like I be stuck in the Laboratory if i dont purse 2nd major.

I like computers and before I went to purse med tech degree, I was thinking for computer science, but since market at that time was not good, i went on with med tech....and now i am not happy....depressed all the time......do you guys think its a good option now...am i too late....with comp sci degree + med tech experience can i be somewhere???? is it a good combination...pls help...

I was an F1 Student till JAN 2008. stayed in TX for 14 month since dec 2006. can i apply for tx residency for instate tution....i have greencard now

according to law, i have to stay in TX for a yr to claim one...which i think i has.....any suggestion.

i was an international student since 2003 in NY, moved to TX in dec 2006 and since then staying in TX(~14mon). in JAN 2008, i recieved my greencard through marriage. i tried to file for TX residency at Texas AM but was denied, coz according to law i have to stay in TX for a yr after recieving Greencard for instate tution. right now I am unable to pay out-of-state fees anymore coz i already have 50000$ debt on me...and fees for spring is 9000...

i can get help from friends and can pay 50%(instate) fees, but since my residency is denied, i dont know what to do...last option i have is to drop my classes and pack my bags for home......pls is there any1 out there with any solution. is there any student body(organization) on campus who can help. do they really gonna watch and let me drop my classes..

PS...all 50000$ is tution debt. and i can prove it

(PS i cant apply for scholarship coz no 3.0gpa)
