Hello friends,

I've just turned 18 and im just 50kgs which comes to be equal to about 110 pounds. I really need the best food items and how to exactly have them and even their timings.

Working out is a thing that i've started for about 3weeks now, I go to a near by gym to make myself fresh and active in the evenings. My biggest problem is sleeping on time, let me know if that really effects my health as i hardly sleep on time and even less since i work online. Like sleep at 5am or 7am sometimes sleep at 3am and wake up at 12pm. Please do let me know about all this. One of my friend also told me that eating alot of bannas are good. I'd really appericiate your tips and advices. I need some (+) positive answers.

I also ride bicycle daily. Even walking is my good habits. Well i'm trying to get on weight about 20kgs more and my height is average its about 175cms

As i was thinking to just join a degree in which i am interested in but i am not finding similar to that which is networking. I wanted a 3 year affiliate university degree in networking. But now my parents have suggested me to take BCA in India ( bachelor of computer applications ) degree which is also for 3 years and parallely do the network course or training and i have no other choice. Can anyone tell me something about BCA and how far it is appreciated in todays job status or is there any other degree directly and only specialised in networking. Thanks in advance for the information.

I need help really a good advice...

I have a problem in my student life and its increased, i failed my 12th standard and my father does not want me to repeat the year which i also agree with as i hate repeating. Please if someone can give me a strong advice in this that what should i do " As i have good knowledge in computers and like i am in the stage of designing websites..etc. I'm 17 years and my brother is studying in India (college)"

Is it better to take computer courses like MCSE ( Microsoft Certificate ) or like CISCO its a networking ... Or something else. Kindly let me know if degree is very important in computer fields or its not that important in this century. I see many without Degree...

Can some one help me in providing me a file. My Max Payne 2 game gets closed and says that a file is missing, its in the Part 2 (Prologue) - A Binary Choice. Can some one provide me with the file its name is "10_police_station.ldb".
