Hello everyone..

I got my 2 premolars extracted on Wednesday - Top and bottom on right side. I had braces on upper tooth which were put only last week.

During extraction the dentist cut off the wire . So now i have archwire on left till front. It stops there, then the missing tooth , and then the archwire behind.

I was very nervous and in pain, so it didnt click me to ask the dentist if it was okay to cut the wire. My next appointment is on coming Tuesday to extract premolars on left side.

I want to know if its okay ? The wire is cut now.

Should I call my orthodentist tomorrow to fix it?

12:30: A banana, brown bread

3:00-5.00: cardio exercises

6 pm: Low fat fruit yoghurt, Cucumber

7pm: Tomato

8pm: Meat (Cooked)

Is this ok??????????? Please gimme a suitable meal plan

I woke up around 11:30 pm

Had a banana and a brown bread.

Lots of water

3pm : Cardio exercise.

Come back by 5.

An hour rest.

6 pm: Home cooked meat (I am an Asian, so meat is like cooked with oil and spices)

2 hrs later: An orange, few strawberries and cucumber

Should I eat protein bars, low fat yoghurt ??? I need to lose weight.

Pls let me know what else should I add or remove from my plan.

Hi I am 23 year old female..

I usually wake up by 11 or 12 pm and then go to gym by 2 - 2:30 pm and do cardio exercises for 1.5 hrs - 2hrs . Ineed to lose atleast 10 kgs.

Can u suggest me what food items should I have before and after exercise? Also how long should I wait before/after exercise to eat food ? Can i eat tomatoes or yoghurt after exercise??

Today i had boiled eggs and a glass of milk 2.5 hrs before exercise. And during cardio exercises I lose 550 kcal. Pls tell me what i should eat and what i shouldnt .

I am 23 year old female. I weight 68 kgs and i am 5'2 tall. I wanna lose arnd 10 kg. I just joined gym and there is no trainer/instructor here.

Is it okkie if I use cardio exercise machines without a trainer.

Today was my third day at the gym. I started with treadmill for 20-25 mins..Used elliptical trainer for 5mins and then cycling for 15 mins. Rested for a while and then again treadmill for 20-25 mins.

Is this enough to lose some weight if i go daily? Plus i wanna use rowing machine too but i am scared if it will give me big muscles like men.

Is thr any program that I should follow?

Is it okie to go to gym daily?

Is it okie to do cardio exercises without a trainer?

how would golden blonde & red highlights look on dark brown or black hair..??

p.s. post some pictures if possibe...going to parlour tomorrow to get it done..!

What should i mix with henna to change the colour of my hair...or to have some light brown shades in my hair??

i have applied henna before but it had no affect as i have black hair.....any ideas??? (which u have already tried)

I planned to do medical after high school but due to some reasons i couldn't....now i have decided to go for architecturing...but i am still confused if i will be able to do it or not! And will it help me in the future or not..as it is a five year course !
