Growing up I learned both English and Hungarian. I can speak/understand English fine and I have a hard time speaking Hungarian although I can understand it flawlessly

Lately I've been interested in learning Russian. my question is, what is the best way to learn it?

I have programs like Rosetta stone, access to the web, etc... but is there any exclusive resource I should pay attention too?

I know when learning Spanish I would leave the spanish channels on the TV on in the background and this helped tremendously. unfortunately there are no russian channels around here, lol

I work part time in Massachusetts (im a minor) and brought in just under $2000. I am getting my W-2 form and I am interested in receiving a tax refund (if I can at all?) because I heard since I made such a low income, I can receive all my taxes back

Basically, I heard that you can get all your taxes back (About $400 for me..) since I am a minor and made under a certain amount - Is this true and what would I need to do to get it?
