Is this true? So that's like one year after the baby is born! THat is so amazing compared to the US. You basically get paid for having babies... What if you have 4 kids in a row? THat's like, one year off, one year work while preggers, then one year off, then repeat.... like, heaven, right?

I'm so moving to the UK if this is true, as I want to have 4 kids.

Let's say you have 3 awesome condos in NYC or Chicago or Sanfrancisco. Each of them is being leased out at $3000 per month. So you get about $9000 per month from the people who rent them. That means, that is the exact amount you get, no less, because they just send you checks.

So, what if you don't report this on the taxes? I mean, come on, who would ever find out? They're your condos, you should be able to do whatever you want, right?

I want to search for something, but REALLY don't want to see the images (No, it's not p0rn). Is it possible to somehow go into plain text mode? Where I can just read the text and not see any images on websites? Like, no images at all, not even flash, not anything? Just text?

All the Russians are saying that Americans are trying to build their NATO bases in Ukraine, that's why they want to take over Ukraine. The new Ukranian government is PROHIBITING ukrainians to speak Russian language, and prohibiting them to watch any Russian TV, and is killing innocent Russian people.

Americans on the other hand, think that PUTIN is the one that is attacking Ukraine and is trying to take it over, and is bad.

So, who is right? I have been on Russian and American forums, and know both languages, was born in Russia, lived there half my life, then came to the USA, lived here for half my life, and I'm 18 now. I still go back to Russia every summer and have stuff there, and relatives there.

So, it will be like facebook. BUT! There will be absolutely no text. It will be a social networking app for mobile phones. People will upload their "status" by recording a voice message using their phone, and uploading that voice message onto the social network.

Users will also be able to listen to other people's statuses and make comments (using their voice of course! No text). They also have the option to listen to their comment that they made and remake it before they post it. They can also listen to their status before they post it.

I got a white filling on my front tooth about 4 hours ago. My numbness just wore off from the shot, and now it hurts to chew. Is this normal?

Dentist said that the filling was pretty deep, close to the nerve. But he was able to save the nerve, he put a protective layer on my gum or something.

Is this chewing pain normal?

A few months ago, my back bottom tooth started being super sensitive to cold/hot liquids/foods. And it was like HORRIBLE where the pain was excrutiating for 10-20 seconds after eating or drinking something cold or hot. I went to the dentist. Got xrays. Dentist said that underneath my filling on that tooth there was decay that infected the nerve, and that I need root canal.

Parents said they couldnt afford root canal.

My mom and I are citizens of another country and of USA and we live in the USA. We are going to our home country this summer for a visit. Root canals there are dirt cheap, mom said I can get it done there, so back in january when my pain started, she told me to wait until june/july until we go.

AND IT HRT LIKE HELL whenever I ate food in the first month or two after it started. But, in the last 4 weeks, the pain started to decrease. I barely feel any pain anymore, unless I specifically drink water on the right side of my mouth and specifically make it touch my sensitive tooth from the right. But even then, it only hurts slightly, not horribly, for like 2-4 seconds.

So, there is still a little bit of symptoms, but it got to feel so much better over the last few months without any procedures. I DID start to use colgate sensitive toothpaste recently though, so maybe that was the "cure"?

Like, if you buy a 200k condo in New York, and have a few bedrooms in it and rent it out for $3000 a month. So, the people who move in can have room mates, so that each person pays $1000 a month for the room, since living in NYC is expensive. 3000/200000 = 15% profit.

Profit? Is this a good way to do it? Since property values will go up, right? And you can always sell it...

So if you buy 5 condos in NYC, and your income multiples by 5, giving you $15,000 a month income. That's an income of $180,000 per year! I mean come on, is that awesome, or is that awesome?

And I knowww I know you have to deal with the tenants, like trying to find tenants and collecting payments from them and stuff, but I'm pretty sure that's less work than a regular 40 hour job. I mean, you probably work less than 5 hours a week on this, and get a 180k income.... And you can always work harder trying to find tenants, you can work like 20-30 hours a week trying to advertise or something... but still, 180k income!

So, is this a good way to spend one million dollars?

I'm going to be a software engineer... which means I can also work for myself, like working online and creating mobile games and apps. I can also choose to work for a company, or perhaps both work for a company and do my own projects. I am still in college now, so I will see how it goes.

I live in the USA right now.

My problem with the USA is the vacation times and the little to no benefit for maternity leave. Employers here give what, 2 weeks vacation per year? Blah. And maternity leave here is what, 2-4 weeks, only IF paid by employer? I'd rather spend 4 months with my babies as they are born, rather than 2 weeks. And I need way more vacation time in general. 2 weeks per year isn't enough for me. I need 1-3 months per year to travel with my future kids. I will obviously be making 100-150k as a software engineer, maybe even more, depends how much work I will put into making my own apps and games become a profit.

Anyway. Idk where to live. I also want free health care, free dental care. And warm weather, so england is out of the question lol. I also want cheap extracurricular activities for my future daughters, such as cheap gymnastics classes.

So, where should I live? Pros and cons of australia vs USA? I feel like USA will give me no vacations :( I need my 3 month summer vacations and 4+ month maternity leave.

I am not too religious, and I want to have 4-6 kids, and will have that many. I have always wanted a big family, ever since I was 5 years old. Just because I want a big family! I want noise, I want fun, I want people, I want playtime. I am an only child and hated it! Every time I was asked to wish something when blowing out birthday candles, or when seeing a falling star, etc etc, I always wished for a sibling.

So anyway, I am not too religious, and I don't want to "have 4+ kids because I don't believe in contraception". Hell no, contraception is great! I want to get my career settled first, and then have kids starting at age 27+. And have a kid every 2 years. And buy a big house that has enough rooms so that each kid can have their own room.

So, a lot of the times when I read articles about big families, they're big either because of religion, or because of "accidents" like "wanting a third, and ended up with twins".

I am going to become rich, and my motivation is that I want a lot of kids, and I want all of them to be well supported, to be able to attend good colleges, do all those expensive sport extracurriculars that I was never allowed to do as a child, go to expensive private school, get all the latest technology/smartphones/computers/videogames, etc etc. But I want to have my FOUR TO SIX children get all that, not just 2-3.

Why should it be lying around unclaimed? I want to take it over and start a new country there by surrounding some of the territory with unbreakable glass, and building a civilization inside it, and being able to control the temperature on the inside. It will be the first civilization that lives "inside"!

Anyway, how do I take over the unclaimed territory in Antarctica? Do I have to pay someone to buy it, or not? I mean, since it's not owned by anyone, how can I claim ownership?

No one really does anything on it. So, can I take it over and own it? Or does someone own it already? I want to make a technology there where people live indoors surrounded by unbreakable glass (or at least, glass that is hard to break). So basically, the ice and cold around it won't be disturbed in order to keep the Earth healthy. But inside the glass "living space" will be heated enough for people to live.

And I will build my own universities in there, and my own hospitals, have my own education system, and government, where I am the ruler, obviously.

Easy. Starting with education...

Here's what to do:

There are plenty of community colleges right now that allow high school students to attend community college full-time instead of their junior and senior year of high school, while getting both college and high school credit, and therefore, graduating with 2 years of transferrable college credit AND a high school diploma at 18. And the best thing is: the school district PAYS for the kid to go to community college for those two years, so it is completely free for the kid! I know this because I myself went through this program. And let me tell you, this program WAS NOT selective at all. High schoolers with 1.0 GPA's could get in! Anyone who wanted to could pretty much get in.

All 16 year old high school kids should stop going to high school at 16, and enroll in a free community college program, paid by the school district in which they are in.

Now, as for financial aid. Did you know that college students are only allowed to take out up to $5,500 worth of loans TOTAL during their freshman year of college? ANd during senior year, that increases up to $7,500 total.

Now, since they have everything paid for by the school district during the first two years, They can take out those loans say $11,000 total for the two years to SAVE IT UP for their junior year of college at a state school. And during their junior and senior year of college they can take out $6500-7500 loans, in order to pay for their senior year of

And please be detailed, don't just tell me "loans" or "parents"... tell me like this:

1. What is your total college cost of attendance? For example: $10,000 tuition, $12,000 room/board/food. So $22,000 total.

2. How do you pay for it? Please tell me in detail, like what is your funding source, and how much each funding source pays. For example: "Parents pay $5,000, loan pay $3,000, hourly job pays $2,000 and scholarship pays for room and board" or something like that. Or if you live with your parents, that also counts, please tell me that.

I just want to see how college students pay for college.
