He got bonded out on Thursday & Friday he went to court & was taken into custody. He was not rearrested though but taken in & got a higher bond. Now he's in county jail. They never waited for him to get out of the jail either to sign the paperwork on Thursday so he was released without them there. Not sure if this matters. Am I entitled to any money back? Or should I argue to get the bond revoked? And if so how do I do that? Thanks!

My Jeep Cherokee Laredo is making an awful grinding which sounds like an airplane taking off. It makes it at all speeds. Only stops on idle and turns. The diff is leaking. Can I take it out and drive it in 2WD until I can fix it?? It's an all time AWD not a 4WD. Is this an option cause I heard yes and no since it's AWD.

And if I can't how long can I drive on this thing before it completely lets go and leaves me stranded?

I'm not sure how to explain. It's VERY loud and it only happens when the car is in motion. If it's idle or stopped you don't hear it. It's constant even at low speeds. It's louder than the radio. LOL The last owner said it needed a wheel bearing but could that be that loud?

Also, I feel a vibration in the pedal. What could it be? Thank you!

The fan was replaced, the temperature sensor, the fuses AND relay are fine. What else could possibly make this fan not turn on?

Long story short,I got scammed for $3800 by receiving fake money orders in the mail & cashing them.I didn't know they were fake,& the bank prosecuted instead of letting me pay it back.This was1 bank,but I went to 2 branches so I got arrested in 2 towns.I got 1 charge of larceny 4th (misdemeanor) in 1 town and was told by the public defender it was best to plead guilty so the other court would take the case.So I did thinking he was telling me what was best for me. I went to court at the other court yesterday & my PD there started yelling at me why did I plead guilty & why did the a*holes transfer it to that court?This second court I got more charges. One larceny 4th and 4 forgery 2nd's. The PD is not worried about the forgery's though he is worried about the larcenies saying the judge hates larceny.They offered 18 months in jail and I HAVE NO RECORD! Am I better off getting a lawyer? Will it not make go to jail? I have two kids, one is autistic and the other is 6 months, I cant leave!!

My son is 8 and his father filed a modification to get his child support reduced due to him having to pay medical insurance. (where in the past he didn't) He pays $81.00 per week and now wants it reduced.

My question is do you think he has a chance? We go to court in 2 weeks and i'm wondering what to expect. Our son is 8 and is severely autistic. He is in diapers most of the time still. Will the court take his diagnosis into consideration? Would it help me if I brought any type of medical records, or correspondence from his doctor/school?

The freeze plug is leaking I am guessing engine coolant. Is this a a hard fix or better yet an expensive one?
