When you default on a car loan, they sell the car and you're responsible for the balance. Do they do that on foreclosures?

I know times are tough, but you wouldn't throw away your child would you? How can you let a pet, a member of your family, starve to death because you don't want to take them with you? Be humane, find the money to have them put down, but don't just abandone them. Do you realize if you just turn them lose they will suffer just as bad - and create many more problems. Can't you understand animals have feelings, they are DEPENDENT on your guidance. I'd rather not eat and take that money to have their suffering ended than just walk away. If you think different, here's your chance to tell my why. I've been crying myself to sleep every night since I heard this.

California - pay attention. Your state is listed as the worst for this. Be a good neighbor and check the empty house for abandoned animals, don't just look away and say how sad!

Epidemic reports of families leaving their pets behind when they lose their home. Animals eating drywall and carpet to try to live.

I know it's hard sometimes to take them with you, but I'd rather not eat for a month and pay to have them put down rather than know what kind of horror awaits them by abandoning them.

How do you sleep at night? Can you live with yourself? Don't you know they are living creatures with feelings too?

I'm looking to have between 6-12 campers and possible tenters. We need a large pavillon to assemble care packages. Any ideas?

He is a liscensed builder, but will not repair anything without the city climbing down his back. When he does repairs, they are just awful, nothing is done right. At what point is he failing to maintain his property and doesn't this constitute a breach of contract since he's supposed to keep it up?

I rent in MI and the owner has a landlords liscense which requires the city to inspect the property every 2 years. What a joke! Nothing is done, miminal maintanence is done and my health is suffering. Other than move, what recourse?
