Basically same as question.

I bought a wacom bamboo graphics tablet several years ago and havnt used it in a while, i get back to useding it and taps are being recognised, even in photoshop, while it is faint i can see the lines being drawn from just hovering the pen over the tablet.

any help with this would be appreciated

I have been waiting for this loading screen to finish for ages! it took at least half an hour just to get to the middle and seems stuck there. Is the game downloading something or what?

hey, i am programming something that prints an amount to a label. It works but i would like to be able to format it so that it only shows 2 decimal points as currently it does six.

I am trying to make a simple iphone app that takes an input from one input field on one tab, multiplies it on another tab then displays the data on a third tab.

I have created the interface fully i just need to code the fields. Can someone direct me to a resource to do this?

for example, the string London 12.563 76.123 is three objects, the name london, and two integers or floats for the coordinates. this is from an input string.

how do i split this into data for a array of objects?

As part of my university course i am starting learning Android mobile development although I am more interested in iOS development, is it hard to learn to program for iOS in comparison to Android

We pay for 50 Meg Internet for a student house of 4 tech students. We believe that one of our housemates are torrenting and gigging all the bandwidth but when we confront him about it he claims innocence although immediately after the speeds go up. We want to know if there is any way of finding out who is hogging the internet and also if there is someone perhaps that has hacked our network and leaching Internet

Well, last september I started university and had a great time. during the first bit of the year I made plenty of friends, and even made a bit of a love interest. Basically, I do software engineering and am quite a girl nerd. This guy was in all of my classes, he even had the same interests as me as we both randomly joined the circus skills society.

Before christmas, we kinda got close and even kissed once or twice. The only thing was that my best friend was also interested in him despite he liked me so we left it for a while as things where getting a bit complicated as we where arranging for this year to live with a few friends in a shared house. Over christmas, I actually met a girl and we kinda ended up together, but that didnt last long as she was kinda too crazy for my liking. Things where kinda tame betwen me and him for a while but we where still very close friends.

Towards the end of the academic year, we where both single and i tried to make an advance while we where both drunk. It was then i found out that he and another close friend of mine where "sorta" together" but i hadnt heard anything about this. Clearly i felt quite betrayed by her but i couldnt bring myself to hate her as i am just not that kind of person. I didnt really expect it to last really as they didnt seem that compatible being totally different people. Regardless they are still together and i feel really awkward being around them when they are together.

so now its entering the start of the term, they are still together and he lives in the room next to mine, I dont know if they have slept together as he is quite a gentleman but i cant say for sure.

To mix this up even further. I actually have serious cancer. I should be having it removed in late november (a week after my birthday) but there is a very serious chance i could die.

I am not a very assertive person when it comes to matters with this and i just dont know what to do as he is the first person i have felt this way about and the cancer and the treatment have sapped a lot of my energy lately.

I need a simple way to encrypt a password in a C command line program. for example, the password is "secret" is there any easy way of doing this as i am a tad stuck at the moment.

I received my D50 as my my first SLR camera for my birthday about a year ago, in which time I have learned to use it well in manual settings and generally i do love my camera, I can take upwards of 200 photos in a single day, plus I work as a photographer at a nightclub.

After my dad (who is a pro photographer) saw some of my recent nature photos I took while on safari holiday, he asked if I wanted to swap my D50 for his old D100 as he had recently got a new one for work, I was wondering what are the advantages/disadvantages of this swap in detail.

I'm currently a first year student at university doing Software Engineering, so i have a bit of experience in C, Java and Unix shell code.

What i was wondering is how difficult is it to learn Objv-C and if there are any good online learning tutorials for the semi-beginner programmer.

I recently got a job at a nightclub as a photographer and sales operative, the camera they have at the club is a fairly clunky cannon something, which more often than not gives blurry results and are told during training (who seem to know nothing about photography) to tell us to just set it to the auto setting.

Anyhoo, i have a Nikon D50 which I love and am considering using at work once i have a spair battery to change on the fly, and i was wonding if anyone had any tips for that in terms of settings, general tips, ect as its obviously different from your average photography.

This has been bothering me since the last one a year or so back, upon more googling i found that we get over 200 earthquakes a year in the UK, most of them hardly noticeable what I would like to know is why this. I know from GCSE geography that is supposed to be tectonic plates and all that, but last i heard we are hardly anywhere near one despite still getting them.

Can anyone explain this one to me? I am just curious.

Now, this is really not a question i ever thought i would ever ask to be frank, as i do have very poor self image issues. To be honest, being a model was nothing i had ever considered EVER, simply because i just though i was an ugly trans teen who was more or less passable.

However the other week i was asked if i wanted to come with my make to a free professional modeling shoot, the whole hair, makeup shabang. and i gotta say, i was pretty impressed, in fact the photographer actually offered that they could forward the portfolio to a modeling agency if i wanted, i just thought that maybe a bit of honest anonymous internet scrutiny would be appreciated, here is the link to a photo of a couple of the raw images

Ok, basically, i am a full time 19 year old male to female transsexual. During my time very slowly transitioning, i get really suicidal as things just where not ging fast enough. although it was through the help of the trans charity mermaids uk that i finally came through that.

The way i did is that i decided i would use my life to help other people as i saw no meaning in my own life, so i created a meaning for myself. Helping others who where in my situation. That was before i transitioned to full time living in female role, nowadays i am totally happy and have a very active social life and a decent job. i also pass basically all the time. A little while ago i agreed to be featured in a Trans related documentary for Channel 4, recording is about half dont nd i can pull out any time, but i am just wondering if this is the right thing to do. The reason i started doing the doc whas because it was a doc that led me to mermaids so its kinda like repaying the favor.
