The Chassis has some rust holes about the size of an quarter and the transmission is not working right , goes into neutral and doesn't come out and won't come out of 4WD a real mess But in the last tens years I replaced many broken parts new Radiator New converter , rear leaf springs muffler, alternator, Belts , air conditioner parts ,starter , power steering pump, tires are good . two tires are just a year old, cd player a few years old ,and some others , stills starts right up Thank you

I am looking for the proper procedure after I find a buyer , Should I Then accept the money ( cash only) , then give him an bill of sale then what? does he at this point get temporary plates at the dept.. of motor vehicles? then he returns with plates , ? at this point do I sign over the title and remove my plates and be done ?
