Can ANYONE out there tell me where to insert my flash memory card on my pc (Dell Dimension 8400) tower? I need video off of it and can't find the slot to insert it in =(. My pc is out of warrenty and I am not paying anyone (SORRY DELL) 79.99 to tell me where to put the memory card.

I was asked to find out who is the jury on survivor, and have not seen one series, so I am clueless, anyone know the answer?

I know how it can take computers awhile to load up, that is not my problem, my problem is when I click on Shut Down or Restart My Computer, IT DOES NOT WANT TO SHUT DOWN. I have to manually hard shut it down.

I do make sure that there are no programs running before attempting to shut down. TO NO AVAIL THOUGH

Any suggestions on why this is happening? And how to go about fixing the problem?

I am running XP (Dell Dimension 8400).

And have an updated McAfee version, I don't have any viruses.

I see SO many people answering Messenger questions, and they answer with comments like "Stick with 8.0 version". Why do they ASSUME, they have that version?

Heck I have been using 7.0 since it came out.

Why upgrade to a NEWER/BIGGER version when they all offer the same IMPORTANT options that we use Messenger for ie. Chat, PC to PC calls, File transfers, Smiley faces, ImVironments, Cam, Conference calls, etc etc etc.

Not everybody upgrades programs just because there is a newer version, especially if it is stuff for entertainment ie. Messenger. I can see upgrading important programs ie. Service Packs, Windows. Microsoft, Drivers, etc etc etc. But for entertainment not everybody upgrades to the newest version.

And I will not assume I will get comments like, You just wasted 5 points asking this question because why? Or a comment like, well we have to ASSUME because they did not inform us as to which one they are running. How about inquiring as to which one they have, before ASSUMING?

I guess I better go answer some questions now, and get back those precious points, after all, I am SOOOO close to getting that Coffee travel mug of Yahoos, LOL.

Where can I go to find and install an updated Cirrus Logic 5446 Video Card? The card in there now, wont let me change the resolution setting to anything (it is stuck on 800 x 600, Medium 16 bit).

Ok I am usually the one that Answers questions instead of asking. I like to think I am knowledgeable on computers BUT I am a tad confused on the new service pack.

SHOULD I UPDATE TO 3 from 2? What are the benefits of doing so?

If I decide not to update, how can I get rid of that icon on the task bar informing me of updates avaliable? Closing it, right clicking on it, or just not looking at the icon, do nothing, it is still there (and knowing it is not suppose to be there other than informing me of updates, and being the perfectionist at heart, it BUGS me being down there) how can I disable that one Update if I dont want to update?

I installed the 8. version of messenger after running 7.0 forever, due to someone suggesting I do. I couldnt stand it and un installed it and went back to 7.0. But now I can not get any of the audibles to load and there is a white box with a red x in it, when I am in a chat with a friend.

Someone inform me of what I need to do, I am running Win XP, have the right java, and DO NOT want to use any other messenger but the 7.0.

Ps. Please don't tell me I have a virus, lol.

They have been marinating for a day now, so that is good (they should be real tender), but now what can I do with them (its too cold to fire up the bbq). Broil them? Cook em in a covered glass dish in the oven on what temp.? I don't have the weird stuff to make any kind of dish, I am pretty much just wanting to know how to cook them with some BBQ sauce .

I belong to a league in Yahoo spades, and for the last two + months have had nothing but trouble getting into our league room, Advanced Command Central(and 98% of all Yahoo's other Spade rooms). Here is a message I was getting yesterday 12-7-06,,,,error loading text: java.io.FileNotFoundException: download2.games.yahoo.com:80//games/clients/y/s/us-t3.ldict.gz . Can you please tell me what is going on with Yahoo Spades?
