When you first turn on the game you see the character in the chair and a mysterious voice talking to him. Does anybody know how he got in that chair and why this mysterious voice is asking him questions? Thanks

In the begging of the game in the menu you are the guy in a chair, and also you see him in that chair throughout the campaign game and a weird voice talking to him. Why is he in the chair and who is that voice and what is it saying to him? thanks

In the beginning of the game on the menu screen, it asks you if you want to disable graphic content. If you disable it, will get rid off all the blood and language, or will it get rid of a lot of blood and the strong language? thanks
