Why Does My Laptop Charger Skip Percentages?
(Windows Vista Home Premium) I recently bought a new charger for my one-year old laptop, because the old charger broke (the battery was fine, I just broke the charger). The new charger works just fine. In fact, I was so happy when I bought it because my battery icon said that I had 20 hours of battery life. Originally, my laptop charger was famous for dying in ten minutes. When my charge got to about sixty percent, the laptop immediately went down to seven percent, and said that it was running on reserve battery power. I checked how long it would last if I didn't plug it in, it said it would have lasted three more hours! Could someone please help me?
