Planning a roadtrip. Coming from Louisville, KY area....heading to the northern part of Florida. Somewhere close to the beach, but with plenty of good diners/restaurants...etc. Also planning on making it a good trip, with plenty of stops, not just a straight drive. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am getting ready to apply for a mortgage loan, and I have several credit inquiries that are scheduled to fall off by December of this year (due to only being on there for two years). Would there be any way to write a letter to these companies asking them that they please remove them now, since they are to fall off in a couple of months anyway? Is there a template somewhere?

My fiance was in a minor car wreck that totaled our car. We traded it in, because the payoff was low and bought a brand new car; 2010 Kia Sportage. We've had it for about a month; and its a great vehicle, but not the one that we initially wanted. The Intrest Rate was a whopping 12% and we were told that in six months we could refinance or trade it in. That's five months from now and we are trying to determine which option would be the best. Since its a brand new car, and the miles are under 3,000..is it possible with a trade in this would be paid off in full without rolling over anything owed on it to a new loan?

We just bought a house in Oct. 2007. We were young, stupid, and just wanted a house...and we loved this house at first, but it is a 100 year old house, and though it is in good condition, we do not want to stay here forever. Something in our paperwork says that we have an FHA loan and cannot sell for three years? Why is this? Also, how soon after we sell can we look into getting another home? Will our credit score go up at all after the three years since really we are only paying the intrest on the mortgage? We also would like to know if there is any way of getting out of this house without foreclosure, short sale or the deed in lieu of foreclosure. Any help and advise is greatly appreciated!

We just bought a house at the end of last year for a loan of 85,000. Our mortgage payment is 748 w/our isurance and taxes escrowed in. if we pay on this house for five years, and we sell the house for 100,000 (guestimate?) how much money will we get to keep? How does it work? We really just wanted to buy our first house to gain credit scores, on top of our other loan-car payment, and then put that credit score towards a newer, nicer house. Will we be able to afford a nicer house after paying on this house for five years, or am I completely oblivious to how this works? (obviously i am, or I wouldn't be asking!!) thanks for the input!

This might sound a little funny, but for some reason I am not sure. When we cite our references for a textbook in one of my classes...there are quite a bit of authors. I understand how to cite the reference in the references page, however, when I use in-text citations, I am not sure how to go about listing the references there. Do I list all of the authors, or the name of the book. Just curious. Any help is appreciated!

I am graduating with an Associates in Business Management in about 18 weeks. I really would like to open my own business, as both my mother and father own their own businesses (but I don't want to do what either one does). I am interested in Interior Design, but I don't know if I can just do this out of my home, and run the business that way. My mother owns her own paint and wallpaper business, and has great references. I was thinking I could use her as a contractor in my business. What is the best way to go about starting this?

We just bought an old Victorian home that needs minimal updates. The bathtub has a 'rectangular shower head' and we would like to know how to replace this with a more modern shower rod. Right now it comes out of the ceiling and the wall and the shower curtain goes all the way around the bathtub. Does anyone know a website that will show or tell how to upgrade?

My granma saw this today at my mom's house. While my mother's home does appear to be haunted *everyone who has lived there in my family has seen the same ghost* we have have never seen this one. I personally don't like the idea of this one, as it turned to look at her and then went into her bedroom. She was terrified and scared. What could this be. She saw now face. She just saw a figure in a white shroud, surrounded by a bright white light about 7 ft tall. help please. we are desperate for answers.

For the last four years I have been dealing with extreme, excruciating pain in my left, lower back that goes down my butt and leg, to my knees. It has been very dibilitating and I am in a lot of pain all of the time. I was 'diagnosed' with a ruptured disc that is ripped across, that is leaking spinal fluid on to my sciatica nerve. OUCH!!

My question is this: I was in a really bad car wreck when i was four years old with my mom. A drunk driver hit us and I was in a coma for about four days. I had delayed whiplash a year after the wreck and my mom is wondering if this whole back thing might be related to the wreck. Could someone please elaborate what they think, and explain how that would be possible. Thanks!

I go to this school, and it is year round. I have financial aid and grants distributed to me. I am starting my "Second Year" today and they are not going by my new financial aid renewal form, they are using last years forms. This makes no sense to me? Someone explain how this works?
