My daughter is only going on 11, but I am worried because she eats a lot of junk food, chocolate and cakes. I have tried to make it a point to eat healthier in front of her the last 2 years, and try to set an example. we also watch the bigest loser together all the time and I try to discuss the eating tips with her. She seems to understand but doesn't follow any tips. She is about average weight for her height or maybe a little heavy but I am afraid if she keeps it up she will have future health problems and battle obesity. When I bring it up she gets upset, and once she even cried. am I being mean if i continue to bring it up? I mean I have only directly chastised her on her choices 2-3 times and try not to do it too many times. she seems so fragile about it. what do i do

I am starting to work on a 56 Bel Air I picked up. I am going with 4 wheel disc brakes. anyone have experince doing this? I see a number of different kits, ranging from $500- $3000, what should I look for in a kit. also do the 2" drop spindles make tires rub.

aslo will be putting rack and pinion power steering if you have any suggestions

This is true in many other states also..and I am for no helmet laws, but I believe the only reason there are seatbelt laws for adults is so a cop can pull you over and take a look in your car, to see if there is anything in plain view that he can arrest you for. I ama Federal Agent and feel it is a crappy law, if Idon't want to wear why who is getting hurt, I agree with belting children, but an adult should make his own mind up.

I think that all Veterans and only Veterans should get Veteran's Day off as a paid holiday. I would like to see a bill passed, that makes all employers give it as a paid Holiday to Veterans, and to not hold it against them during the hiring process, and further I do not think that non-veterans should get it. It should be left a priviledge only for those who have served. What do you think?
