  • Should I have another baby alone, again?

I am almost 32 yrs old and I am a single parent to an almost 4 yr old. I always wanted to have 2 children and as I am getting older, I want to do it again. I have a career, I own my house and I take really good care of my daughter. Even though her father and I are not together, he is still a big part of our lives. I know this is something I can handle, but I just was wondering what other people thought about it.

  • Help! I can't get my three year old to eat ANYTHING!?

My daughter will go for days at a time without eating any food. I have talked to her doctors about it and they have done nothing but give her medications for things that have nothing to do with her not eating. I am at my wit's end and don't know what to do. Any serious answers are appreciated.

  • Should I wait for him?

My boyfriend and I are both in the military and have been together for the past two years. We have been through and deployment, a cancer scare, and previous trust issues. We love and care abotu each other a lot and he has been great to my 2 yr old daughter from a previous relationship. He recently asked me to marry him, then found out that he would be leaving for Korea in June. Because of my health, I can not be stationed with him. I would like to get married now, but he wants us to wait until he returns next June so that I can have the wedding I truly desire. I may be deployed by the time he returns though. What would you do? I mean I know with all my heart he is the man for me, but I just don't see why we can't get married now.

  • Friends and Money!!!?

I just lost a friend because of a dispute with money. While I was deployed to Iraq, she kept my daughter for a year. During that time I sent more than enough money to care for her, but loaned my friend money for her wedding expenses and other personal things. She said that she would pay me back and gave my dates and never paid me or mentioned it. Once I got back and got my daughter, she started to avoid me. After like six months, I asked her if she could pay back some of it because I was doing so home repairs. Well, she got pissed off and told me I wasn't a real friend because what she did for me was priceless. I didn't even ask for half of it back, and yes it was a really large amount. I was thinking about taking her to small claims court, but I don't want the sitution to get even uglier. I just want some suggestions on what to do, I know people say friends and money don't mix, so I don't need to hear that. I want suggestions not insults.

  • What to do about my 2 yr old daughter?

I am in the military and have been deployed for the past 10 months and I have a soon to be 2 yr old daughter. I spent two weeks with her recently, and everything was fine but sometimes I just didn't know how to act with her discipline wise. She doesn't really get into too much (yet!), but I was just wondering, since I have been out of the picture of a while, how should I discipline her when needed. She's with my mother, and my mother uses time out with her, but when I was home if I told her to go to time out, she would look to my mother to "save her". I want to make sure when she gets home with me, she understands that "Mommy is back" and she needs to listen to me. Just want some suggestions.

  • Can a 1 yr old be tested for autism?

The day care center that my daughter is going to has suggested that she be tested for autism. I honestly don't see any of the symptoms and I think she is too young to be tested. I'm wondering if I should go ahead with their suggestion or if I should go with what I feel. Does anyone have any experience with this or know any of the symptoms?

  • How can I get a credit report while I'm deployed?

I am currently deployed and trying to take care of some credit issues. I can't order a credit report from annualcreditreport.com because the ip address for the computer is not in the United States and freecreditreport.com is giving me the run around saying that I need to call them. Well I really don't have the means to just call when I feel like it. So, I'm wondering if there is anyother way to get my current credit report.

  • Is he trying to avoid me? Did I do something wrong? What is wrong with men??

Ok, I know its more like three questions, but this is my problem. I have been spending time with this guy for the last few weeks, everything was fine until a few days ago. He was sending frequent emails, he wanted to spend time together and everything. Now for the past few days, he barely emails and when e does he just says "what's up?" and that's it. When I ask if he's coming over, he says, Oh, I got a new game for my Xbox, maybe later. I just want to know what's going on with him, I really like him, but it seems as though he's pushing me away. Should I ignore him or ask him what's his problem?

  • I wonder if he really likes me like a GF, so confused!!!?

I have been spending time with a really nice guy. We have a lot in common and have a really good time doing nothing. We haven't talked about being boyfriend and girlfriend, because we are both coming out of long relationships and we trying to move slow. He says and does sweet things, like sending cute texts and emails. And he wants to spend time with me, I just wonder how I can ask him without sounding desperate or rushing him into something he may not be ready for.

  • Problem!! I keep meeting guys who are coming out of really bad relationships. What can I expect from them?

My last relationship was with a guy coming out of a really bad divorce, so he had major trust issues. That was about 8 months ago, I have just started to get to know another guy who is also coming out of a bad divorce. I don't want to have unrealistic expections from them because I know they are still healing. Just curious on how I should handle them

  • Does anyone else have an out of control toddler and how do you handle it?

My 19 month old has recently picked up some really bad habits, such as hitting, bitting and kicking. I was wondering how I can handle her behavior or how other people handle their toddlers behavior. I know its a phase but, I just wanted to know.

  • Does He Really Want to Marry Me or Is He Afraid That I'll Leave Him?

Ok, my ex-boyfriend broke up with me because he has trust issues and we were going to be apart for a while. This was 5 months ago, he's deployed with a good friend of mine and he keeps telling her that we his deployment is over he wants to marry me. I haven't been in any relationships since then and I atill love him very much, but I wonder why he tells this to her and not to me. He emails me and calls me but he never talks about us getting married he only comments about us getting back together. Should I just move on or should I wait for him?

  • Can a 1 yr old remember that thier parent was gone?

I am a single mother, who is in the military and deployed to Iraq. I deployed right after my daughter's 1st birthday. I am going home for 2 weeks in May and I'll be home from deployment in August. I just wonder if my daughter is going to remember this time and if she will feel resentful. I'm having a hard time with this because I have missed so many of her milestones, such as walking, talking and potty-training. I talk to her on the phone and send pictures and videos, but its still very difficult. My mother told me that a child never forgets the its mother's scent or the sound of thier voice. I'm just wondering how hard will it be for us to readjust to each other when I return.

  • Okay this is my issue, I have a 1 yr old child, possibly fathered by a married man.?

He never told me he was married until I found out I was pregnant, he has not told his wife but he provide financial support for the child. I'm tired of my child being in the dark and I want him to come clean with his family. Not because I want to be with him, but because my child still deserves a father. What should I do?
