Hi, everyone. I'm a new iPhone owner, and am wondering if anyone has had the same issue I have.

I synced the iPhone with iTunes last night and everything worked out well. I have a phone number that works, etc. However, in iTunes, on the Summary window for the phone, next to "Phone Number:" it says "n/a" instead of the phone number they gave me.

Also, when I go into Contacts on the phone, my new cell phone number does not show at the top of the contacts list as it is supposed to. I'm pretty sure its all related.

I restored the iPod and re-synced it again, and still no improvement. This is a small annoyance, but I like my toys to work.... Anyone have a hint?

Has anyone here ever gone on the Captain Beans' Dinner Cruise on the Big Island , Kailua-Kona side? Was it a fun trip with lots of people on it? What time of the year did you go?

Do you usually tip your hotel maids daily? If so, about how much do you leave them each morning?

My daughter's boyfriend is in the Navy. He will be visiting the East Bay for one month, and of course they need their privacy, as do I. Does anyone know of any motels in the area that give special daily rates to service men? I can't seem to find any, and he can't afford $1,500 for a month's stay.

Is that the same as if those of us in California called Nevada, "Navi"?

I have made reservations for a room at Paris in Las Vegas, but have never stayed in that hotel before. Does anyone have any tips or hints about the rooms? I'm not a gambler, so I don't expect any comps, but do I have any leeway in requesting certain areas or where the room should be? Do they have non-smoking floors? Good views? I could use any hints you may have. Thanks so much!
