  • ETF -- Question on Buying and Selling?

    Hello ALL ! I am thinking about investing in ETF's with about a 1000 Euro,so I've started doing a lot of internet research and Boy oh boy you'd be surprised at the amount of Info available , but NOWHERE could I find the answer to this ..When Is it better to Buy into an ETF .

    a).that is dropping in value or

    b).with a Rising value .?

    The question would also apply to the Sell situation .

    Maybe I'm a bit confused here especially when they talk about "Hedge" and "Inverse" and "Short"

    Also does anyone know of a link that would teach me how to read these charts "( so many symbols and figures ) a little confusing me thinks , ( worse yet is that It's all in French)
