There is a term used mostly in the Cuban community when a person sees a Cute Chubby Baby?? Does anyone know what the term is. Or how to say " Oh look at that this baby, so cute"

I work with this guy and we are really good friends. We have a lot in commen. We go to lunch almost everyday, we text or call each other every morning, we talk on the phone every night, and if we aren't talking on the phone we text each other good night. He says to eveyone that we are just friends. We are but it seems that we are more than just friends sometimes. He is the one to initiate all of the phone calls and text messages because i thougt for a while I was imagining things. I know that I do love him more than just friends. We do tell each other that we love each other. But, is he taking it in just friendship? I know him better than he knows himself sometimes. People always ask what is up between us and it is always the same answer we are just friends. but just us he is touchy feely. But has never tried to kiss me. I want him to and I want to tell him how I feel but I don't want to lose him friendship in the process of trying for more. What do I do. How does he feel?

I have been talking to this guy for a couple of days and I really don't think that anything would go further than the e-mails and IM's. Not to say that we wouldn't meet or couldn't meet it's just right now we won't. any thoughts? please try to be serious.
