He just can't finish in front of goal. He has had some great chances at goal with both Arsenal and Mexico over the last few months! I think he would be more comfortable in Spain. It's a mental thing and he will feel overwhelmed with the amount of competition for places when he gets back to London.

I've been offered a Sales Agent Trainee position with AAA insurance and I'm debating taking the position. In the first month I'll be making $28k until I get my P&C license to sell auto and home. After that I'll jump to $40k for the first year. After the first year I'll be at 100% commission with no commissions on renewals per AAA standards. Is this a good career opportunity?
