Let's suppose that the Smiths are not mistaken and that they did see Gerry carry the body the beach... let's further suppose that Gerry was carrying out  instruction from England to take Madeleine to the beach where presumably there were 2 or 3 guys with a small motorboat to take the body to sea for burial/disposal.  Let's further supose that if this really happened, that the boat would have to be back on land BEFORE sunrise so it would not be seen.

Where could the boat have taken Madeleine ?   It could not have sailed East or West because that would be routes along the coast. They could only go SOUTH. That would be the fastest way to reach a distance as far away as possible from Praia Da Luz.   Now Katie found Madeleine missing at around 10 pm and the Smiths, I believe, 'saw' Gerry running and carrying Maddie to the beach at about 11:00 PM.  A small motor boat cruises at about 9, 10 or 11 knots (20 km/h or 13 mph). The boat would have had 6 hours to dispose of the body before sunrise and that means a distance of about 2 hours sail from Praia da Luz beach or about 15 kilometers/10 miles out at sea.  They will never find Madeleine!  She would have been buried and weighed down to a depth of 2,000 feet according to Google Earth.

Finally and like many people, I suspect that, yes, they are trying to lumber the German pedophile/murderer with the death of Madeleine.    Please somebody try to prove that I am wrong.   I would be very interested to read your answers.  Thank you

2 or 3 weeks ago the German police were adamant that they "had proof that Madeleine was dead and proof that this German suspect Christian Brückner had abducted and then killed Madeleine McCann" and yet there are daily news reports now that they are excavating a house where the suspect Christian Brückner once lived and another house in Germany where he also lived too and one third house for similar reasons. If the German police, as they claimed, "have proof that this German guy did it" then why haven't they already charged him ? Or perhaps there isn't and there never was any evidence against this German and this is just another BS 'lead' ?  Question:  Could I please have your comments. Thanks you

I live abroad at the moment and I am registering on line in order to vote in the next election. My problem is that I am in a country with a very primitive postal system and a letter from England or TO England from here takes over three weeks to arrive. Is there a way to vote actually online ?... otherwise I will not be able to vote and would find that unbearable. Please inform and thank you.

Google Earth Pro has been working problem but since yesterday , instead of the normal surface of the Earth I get a white crazy texture. I have downloaded and installed Goggle Earth some five times and always get the same result. Is this a problem everyone is having or should I do something to correct it ? Thank yoiu for your help.

I needed to re-install W-8.1 again recently and discovered my Windows disk cracked. A friend offered to lend me his original disk. He also gave me some music as well as Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 with his original disks. Ever since then my PC doesn't work properly. I have had to re-install Windows 6 times. Now Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 stopped working too. I read that all Windows now are spyware to check what pirated software we've in our PCs.

In addition Mozilla Firefox, my favorite browser, does not work no matter 0how many times I click its icon in my desktop. Soon after that that Google stopped working too.. Also, my mouse pointer now disappears every few

minutes and I cannot use it. Finally my Windows stopped all Updates. Normally after a format-reinstall I would have some 30 or 40 updates to (re) install. I am now convinced that my PC problems in the past 2 weeks are just that. My PC is deliberately being made unusable.

Do you think that I'm right in suspecting that my problems reside in the fact that I used someone's original Windows disk and that all the music he gave me that suddenly disappeared from my Desktop was deliberate deleted by someone who hacks my PC regularly ??! I'm living at the moment on a long term basis in a 3rd world country due to my job and you just cannot find original software here. Everything seems to be pirated, software, & hardware. Windows/format the HDD again about 2 weeks ago and no updates at all have been forthcoming so far. The only thing I can think of is that Microsoft stopped

supporting W/8.1 -- In the Control panel, Updates/Check for Installed updates there is nothing, no recent updates and no

updates installed at all and no history of

installed updates. It simply says ' never updated' or 'Updated: never'

Question: Have you recently re:formatted and re-installed Windows 8.1 or know of anyone who installed W/8.1 afresh and have you or them received any updates or none att all like me ? I am worried. Thank you so much in advance for all your help.

I had some problem with my PC and Windows 8.1 and had to re-install Windows 8.1 again. With the help of some nice Yahoo Answers members I got the PC to work again but I expected the usual 20 or 30 updates waiting for me as happened in the last year or two whenever I had to re-install Windows. This time nothing. I am a bit worried because I did have on my desktop 3 or 4 music files given to me by a friend and I believe they were pirated. A few days ago I found those music files deleted (not by me) and now I cannot get Windows to receive updates. Does anybody know why this is ? Have Microsoft disabled my Windows because they found and deleted some pirated songs from my desktop ? Why not the usual avalanche of updates that normally follows a fresh windows re-installation ? I am really worried that I cannot update my PC. Please help and advise. Thank you very much.

After getting my PC to work again with the help of some members of Yahoo Answers, and after setting the time and date, my PC now does remembers the date and time but will no longer display them in the bottom right corner on the screen, something that it always did. Also, the icons that showed a flag telling you that there are new updates waiting has disappeared. In fact the entire portion of that taskbar is blank.

I'm running Windows 8.1. When I started my computer 4 days ago, I saw that many music files on my desktop had disappeared. I thought I must have deletec them by accident.

The following day when I turned by PC on, it stopped at the BIOS screen as if it didn't know which of the drives had the Windows.I had to manually point BIOS to the hard and the PC worked normally after that. The same thing happened the following day. It has been doing this ever since (for 4 days now). I decided to do a fresh installation of Wndows (8.1) but that did not stop the BIOS screen appearing again. I have since re-installed Windows (8.1) no less than 3x to no avail.

Furthermore, whereas the other times I freshly reinstalled Windows I had to install literally dozens of updates, this time no updates appear. It is as if somebody messed up my PC and it wil not longer reeceive updates.. Without updates my PC is doomed to attack etc. It is as if someone looked into my PC and disabled Windows or disabled something in Windows.

Please help. I know how to install windows but this time it's different. Finally and I don't know if this is related to the other problem, the PC does not remember the date and time I set it to. It revers to midnigh alwaqys.

Do you think my PC was hacked into and that somebody changed some setting on my PC/BIOS ? Has that person disabled my windows? Please help. I will be very thankful for any help or instructions on what I must do to put the PC right again.

From reading the large number of literature on line issued by the British Government, I understand that a child born to a British Citizen is automatically a British Citizen BY DESCENT.

My question is... do you know if my daughter needs to be registered as a British Citizen or is she automatically British (by Descent) with no need for form filling and registration ?

She is a child of a British Citizen, me the father. I believe she will be a British by Descent but do we have to fill any form and register her, pay any fee or is she automatically a British Citizen by Descent with no need to fill in forms and register ?

How would I, or my daughter, in future prove that she is a British Citizen ? Do I ask Immigration for such a document?

I am not interested at this stage in applying for a British passport for her but I would like some sort of official document to prove when necessary that she is British.

If "People who have had the mumps are immune for life." then am I having the mumps again ? I have no fever, no nausea... only some discomfort in that area and a little pain. After functioning perfectly for 18 months, these things are happening. Please help me with advice:

1 - If I look throught the viewfinder when I turn it on, the image shakes left to right, up and down with some clicking noise.

Also, when I half press the shutter button, the same thing happens...

My question is this. Should I clean the inside of the camera ? How ? And...

... is these shaking nd clocking noise due to lack of cleaning or what else could it be ? Please help. I am really worried.
