A friend needed financial help?
so he asked his cousin. His cousin took out a loan to help him. Well he wasn't able to pay his cousin back or make any loan payments. Only the cousin's name was on the loan paper and promissory note and now the loan has defaulted. The cousin wants to take him to court to sue for damages and recover the loan amount from him. What will the outcome be? I'm thinking the since the loan papers ONLY had the cousin's name and he became the sole guarantor of the loan he wouldn't be able to recover for any damages even though it wasn't him that spent the money. Because of the fact that he and his cousin did not have any contracts in place isn't he just SOL? (sh!t out of luck?)
Anyone? I'm stuck in the middle of this argument and don't want to really take any sides, but I'm curious to know what legal actions the cousin can take.

Genocide is defined as "the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group." There are still Armenians around...hence there wasn't a genocide. How can you recognize something that didn't happen? You want to say a tradegy in Armenian history where hundreds of thousands possibly died...ok. But to call it a genocide when it wasn't? Now that's asking for more pity. Anyone wanna care to explain how the US government or the idiots on the House decided on this? I mean...a tradegy yes...genocide? NO!!!

If Speedy Gonzalez, the Road Runner, and Flash went at it in a race, who would win?
