I am currently married and we are purchasing our first home in Pennsylvania. Even though my income was needed for the approval, I was told I was not needed to sign on the loan.

1) If i do not sign the loan or include my name on the deed then what rights do I have down the line should we get divorced?

2) If I left him at some point then would I be obligated to mortgage?

This policy is about 18 years old and recently an agent was out to update the policy and i am not sure any changes were made as it would have been very apparent that this person smokes now. Since then they found out they are dying of lung cancer should they notify the agent that they are a smoker even though they are already dying? There is no current dec page stating if that was changed or not. Can the policy be voided?

My husband went outside of our marraige for comfort and we have split up and I have let him back into my life. We always had the picture perfect love (before this) and no issues in the bedroom even when this all happened. He became overwhelmed with 2 jobs and 3 kids and found new attention exciting. Ok so that happened!!!! Now as before he is so loving and caring and sensitive to my feelings. I am haunted by the memories and need some help or advice on how to EFFECTIVELY stop them. For me beating the crap out of her would make me feel like I got the upper hand (and I try to lead an honorable like at 32). I can tell that they haunt him too because he seems always sorry that he ever was so stupid and being without me for 9 months was the worst time ever in his life. So please help me with advice to forget or not live in that moment anymore! : (

My mother had 500 cc drained from around her heart yesterday and 100 cc today. The doctor suspects lung cancer (which she will have her left lung drained Monday). Is this associated with a certain stage of the cancer?

She was diagnosed with COPD last year and Emphysema this year about 3 months ago.

i pulled something in the back of ym leg under my butt and it hurts when i go up the stairs or when i get up from after sitting down. I ahve cheerleading tryouts tomorrow and iu cant do much with my leg like this.

I was at cheerleading and im pretty sure i pulled (or sprained) a hamstring or something. Cheerleading tryouts are tomorrow and It hurts pretty bad when i go up stairs, or am getting up from sitting down. i have to do at least three toe touches tomorrow, and if im like this i cant really do any! Alot of people say take a hot bath, and i did but it didnt do much.I dont have any sea salt so i cant really take a salt bath either. i know people say you cant make it feel better that fast but i need to!!

how do i determine if I should see a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or counseler. I need a dr who will listen and advise not just sit there or try to put me on all kinds of meds. I have a family and I need to get help b4 it starts to affect my children they have already seen me cry alot lately. I am ready to just run away.

Ok I finally just realized he is cheating but how far yet I dont know. I am going to really find out tomorrow for sure. How do I react. I am a bit impulsive but I have children involved so I dont want to do anything stupid. I will not be able to forgive him either so do I confront him on the spot (maybe that will give everyone something to talk about) he will be at work, or do I mess up all his stuff and ask questions later. I did vaccinate my other two children but I was young when I had them and thought dr.s know best..So my questions to you are how has your health been throughout your life this far. I just had a baby end of July and throughout the past six weeks I noticed a lump while washing. I had my 6 wk chk up yesterday and doc said its a Bartholin's cyst but he only said that if it doesnt go away then he may have to drain it. Anyone have any info on this and the procedure to get rid of it?

I have not had intercourse with my husband yet since having the baby but I am hoping it goes away b4 then.
