My boss asks our admin to run out and get him lunch because he's too busy to do it himself. We're in a bit of a debate here whether that is offensive or not. What do you guys think?

I should add that he gives her money to pay for it and sometimes also gives her money to buy something for herself as well.

I need to grab a taxi from the White Plains metro-north train station to a destination nearby (12 miles) at around 6pm. Are there cabs readily available at that station?
