  • How would UK law see this copyright stuff?

I have a problem where I made a mistake and got someone to make me some logos and images, and forgot to ask them to sign a copyright waiver.

The person basically has us by the balls and we need to be extra nice to him.

If I delete a forum account he has (which we can do as out T&C says we can do it without notice etc.) and put it down to technical difficulties, can I change the forums terms and conditions to incorporate the copyright waiver (Since nobody reads the T&C).

Am I able to do this under UK law? and doe sit have the same effect as a "real" copyright waiver.

  • Creating a search in Excel?

I need to create a spreadsheet where a student can search for their grades in a spreadsheet, by entering their student ID number. When they type it in, it should show their results - without showing the other grades for the student. How do I go about this?

  • Haemorrhoids operation?

My mother recently had an operation and had her haemorrhoids removed. They where so bad that they had to cut them out. the hospital have given her pain killers (Co-dyframol) and laxatives, and something to make her faeces softer which dosent seem to be working. She is in complete agony. She is taking enough laxatives to make the normal person go to the toilet for a week.

I suggested replacing food with nutrition drinks to at least try to make it softer (She hasn't done it though).

What can she do to help her pass waste without incredible pain?
