Someone owes me 100$ and I tired mailing and calling them for months I don't have evidence they owe me the money but how much would it cost to take them to small claims court like filling and court fees I live in Orlando Florida who pays the court fees me the filer or the other person neither of us will have lawyers it's just my word against another person

i had a dentist appointment but of the day i had an urgent family emergency and i completely forgot about it since i was worried about a family member, it was my 1st appointment with that dentist i made over the phone i never went or even stepped in the building or even filled out paper work ever. So they ended up charging me 100 bucks i tried to call and explain my story but they dont seem to care, i work very little and dont have money to blow on things like that the only info they have on me is my name, address, birthday, and insurance info can they go through collection agency even though i never signed no paper work and they dont have my social because i dont want my credit messed up

today when i went out i put my window down half way and when i came back and use my switch to put it up my window made a weird noise and now its stuck half way like i never attempted to put it back up i had to slide it up with my hand and soon as i let go it went back down half way when i go in the car and use the switch the window doesn't move just half way it doesn't make weird a noise just that normal one when u put your window down is it my motor my regulator or is it out of track please help its an 03 g35 sedan front passenger window and how much would it cost to fix

i have a civic with a d15b7 engine and my mpg sucks so decided to change my upstream o2 sensor but when i try to remove it i cant its rusted to my headers i tried heat with fire and wd 40 but noting works i use an 7/8 wrench but don't have much space to crank it. its so hard to get it off any ideas?

i was driving around 50mph and i hit a little bump and and when i hit it my 2 10's stop playing so i turned off the car than back on but still noting whats wrong with my subs and how do i get them to start playing again and prevent this from happening again

ok so i got an ps3 and when i plug in the av cables it works fine so i tried holding down the power button till it beeps the 2nd time and it still didn't work for my hdmi but everything thing else i plug in worked....help me please

i bought these pink fog lights for my 2010 corolla on ebay but they don't work when i plug them in my car but i got some speaker wire and a 9v battery and connected them and they light so the bulbs work but why not when i plug it in my fog light harness in my car?

i ordered something on ebay from china but it went thru customs and got released 6 days ago and still hasn't move why is this? and whats going on with my package why is it taking so long?....btw i live in orlando

well i got ticket doing 64 in a 45 and its 164 dollars i can pay it but the points are going to make my insurance rise i went to the court house and they gave me a date to go fight it i was caught on a radar and i was wondering when i go to court should i plea guilty or no contest or not guilty this is my 1st ticket after having my license for 15 months but i rather not pay anything and what do you think the judge would most likely do and would i get court fees?
