Irritability or uncomfortable when doing new or unfamiliar things?
In general I have to be very in control of every situation I'm in or have a grasp of expectations of me, for example, teaching, I might not always be able to control the outcome but I know what is expected of my conduct etc. When I do something out of the ordinary/out of routine I often find myself flustered and have a pulsating in my head. For example: I went on a date today and the initial plan was go for a walk and then go to for dessert. I asked if when we went for a walk we could feed the ducks, we ended up in a little village with a stream and instead of going for dessert, went to a museum and had dinner. I'd never been to the village before and not at any point did I feel comfortable. (This isn't the first time I've been on a date with this person, we've been seeing each other sporadically and been friends for the other parts for over a year). But I get very irritable, and unfomfortable and had a pulsing in my head which usually happens when I'm overloaded- very Sheldon Cooper like.
I've been diagnosed with anxiety, dyslexia and dyspraxia but don't feel that it covers what's going on and wondered if anyone could offer advice? TIA
4 AnswersPsychology3 years agoCan I cook mushrooms, put them in the fridge and then eat them the next day in a sandwich?
I've recently found a love for mushrooms and am having a chicken baguette tomorrow for lunch but was going to make it the night before and put it in the fridge, I wanted to know if I could put mushrooms in it by cooking them, putting them in the sandwich and if it would then still be okay to eat the next day? Thank you!
2 AnswersCooking & Recipes8 years agoHow do you tell your doctor what is going on if they aren't sure what you've got?
This time last year I went to the doctors, when I was running fast I would really struggle for breath (but only in certain circumstances), and I kept having this feeling in between my throat and chest like I had eaten too much chocolate that was making me sick. They really weren't sure what I had, I was going at least twice a week to he doctors on all sorts of different medication, pholcadine, cetrizine, I was even on steroids for it, they sent me for Spirographs and chest x-rays and still couldn't determine what was wrong, they have me a blue steroid inhaler like for asthma because that relieved short term symptoms after running. It went away but is now constant. I was talking to one of my friends recently who was very ill around the same time as me (having so much time off college I didn't see her) and she said she had a build up of mucus in the airways which when she was running and her airways constricted blocked it up and stopped her from breathing so they have her a blue inhaler to relieve it in the short term, and something else and it eventually went away. I've recently been to Switzerland with lots of snow, I climbed a mountain and these symptoms started coming back, I now get these feelings constantly, and the inhaler isn't really working any more, should I tell my doctor?
3 AnswersMedicine9 years agoWhat are the rules of using a Swastika as Show publication?
At our college we are doing a performance of Cabaret but need to raise funds for it, we also want to decorate the entrance to the theatre and use Nazi symbols in our show, but we were just wondering the rules of using it. We thought about putting the Swastika on cupcakes and stickers to promote the show but are there rules against us using it, or formalities in which ways we can and can't use it?
Thank you :)
4 AnswersHistory9 years agoI want to go camping but am really scared of spiders, is there any way I can go camping without getting them?
Is there any way I can get like a spider proof tent or anything? I want to travel and obviously camping is the cheapest way of doing it, I've never been before so I have no idea! I intend on getting a tent and a camp bed (and obviously a sleeping bag) and staying at camp sites over night and then moving on, any help, tips, tricks and advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)
