Mechanic said it could b water pump, head gasket. Timing belt. How do I check this. Or do I just get new engine

ok, so i have done some research, and i think that my brake booster has a vacuum leak. because when i come to a stop, the car jerks, and sputters as i push on the brake. if i put it in neutral, it doesnt sputter. if i leave it in gear, sometimes it will stall out. also i do go thru alot of gas, and lose power goin up hills. but now my new sympton is when i step on the brake, the brake lite comes on. and when i go again, it goes off. i have a 98 kia sportage. i had the brake pads changed not to long ago, but before that i never had this sputter issue. any suggestions greatly appreciated

so i have a kia sportage ex. there is a problem with it that nobody seems to be able to figure out. they changed the fuel filter, thottle body sensor. what is does is is chugs whil im driving. kind of like the gas is coming thru way too much and the fumes inside the car are awful. today it actually stalled on me, but started right back up. one mechanic told me to find someone to chang the 2 oxygen sensors, the other mechanic told me that the O2 sensors are brand new and dont need to b changed. so now i am stuck. i cant afford to pay a dealership to fix my car. so if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. thankyou

my dog is a mutt, but i love her. she tears up everything. backscrathers, hairbrushes, lintbrushes, she eats the cat litter and poop. she eats napkins, just everything and anything. she even eats raw spaghetti noodles, how do i get her to stop?

i live in a very old trailer, with dark brown panel walls, in my bedroom, i put up ummm i think it is 1/4 inch thick stryofoam insolation that u put in a new house. but i used it on the inside of my bedroom and it is light blue. should i use wallpaper or paint . also i need to know how to make one of those, canopy things, but sexy over my bed, any suggestions. i was thinking palm trees and ocean type things
