What video editing software is best for surveillance cameras?
All my cameras are digital, and the cameras save under seperate video files, instead of grouped together.
They save every 30 minutes. Maybe less or more depending on if there was movement detected within the last 5 minutes before it saves.
Im trying to find a good video editing software I can buy or download that will take 30 minutes of a video, and be able to cut it up. and remove some of the length that has nothing going on.
Make it kinda like a vine video. to where you can stop the camera, and record at another time. I'll answer any questions you may have. I hope I made it clear.
