I'm 19 years of age and I never graduated high school, but I'm on course to earn a GED. I do not have the option to go to collage. I'm living in my parents investment house and it will sell soon. There is no other option then to find my own place to live.

So I need to find an affordable place to live, and a good job to keep that place.

What are good suggestions of which i could use, that would be safest? I do not want to find a job, just to lose it after a couple weeks and then be screwed! So i need a good number of opportunities and fall back plans... anything will help. Thank you!

I'm looking to volunteer in the New Orleans area, with a group that will focus on the bayous. Would there be any place that would offer living space for volunteers? Hi, I'm going to visit some family in L.A. in a few days. There are a lot of places i want to go, from Malibu to Inglewood. Now I want to do this without the expense of my Aunt's gas money, so I'm looking for public transportation options, buses and trains to go throughout the area.
