  • I have a question about a second trimester pregnancy loss due to Medications.?

Heey! please continue reading this as I am actually seriously confused. Everyone asks pregnancy questions on here and I feel that this one is quite relevant. Seeing as though no one has a correct answer. (NOT EVEN DOCTORS)

So. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant. I was diagnosed last year with Bilateral Conns syndrome. A syndrome that increases blood pressure to extremities.

As of March 26th was my last period. I managed to fall pregnant shortly after (on ovulation). The pregnancy to my belief was a shock to the doctors, as my condition is 1 out of every 1 billion people in the world.

I have been referred to endocrinologists and they have put me on a medication called Amiloride (which is definitely not safe during pregnancy). The chemist (drug store) that I went to purchase these medications from said they wouldn't give me this medication due to its affects on the fetus.

I was put on Amiloride due to my blood pressure not decreasing. This medication can harm a babies brain, development, body parts and much more.

I am unaware as to why they have put me on this medication..

I don't feel pregnant anymore. My stomach feels less tender and I have had pain in only one section of my tummy area.

Should I be continuing to stay on this medication or return to an older less terogenetic medication I was on. (nifedipine)

What are my chances my baby will develop successfully inside of me. This is an extremely strange pregnancy.

  • Pregnancy at 5 weeks, someone answer 😁?

Hi, my name is Luana, I am 16 1/2 years old, I am from Australia.

I am pregnant. According to my guesses I am 5 weeks. Which is definitely accurate, I did a pregnancy test and the test came up with a slight positive I did a test my levels were .

<2 (not pregnant) mine was 13.. I could have only been around 2 weeks through fetus development.

I went back four days later and did another blood test. The results were 84. (Sorry i don't know what they measure in)

Now. I went for an ultrasound that same day I got my second blood results back. My indications were that I was 4w6d gestational. Nothing at all came up. My endometrium measured 4mm. There was no sac or nothing. The lady didn't really tell me anything because they just don't. (Who knows why) anyway. On my notes it said that it's not an ectopic pregnancy or another thing I can't remember.

They said it appears that a corpus luteum is apparent somewhere..

    Which is good.

    - Are my levels normal? 85???

-Was the ultrasound also normal? Showing nothing?

-What can happen if treatment of the high blood pressure doesn't occur, will the embryo progress?

    - What does the size of the endometrium indicate.

When I did the ultrasound she did two. A transvaginal and a normal stomach one.

There was no sac or movement at all.

What can all this mean, please help. NO ONE can help.

Apparently my progesterone levels are good, everything on my blood is good. I don't smoke, drink or anything stupid.i have started taking elivit.

  • I need some guidance, Please help, I am 16 and confused ...?

Hi,before u quit out of this question and not care, I just want an answer and an opinion. Please help, I am so confused.....

I am 16 and a half, My life is pretty different considering that my dad died from a drug overdose and my mum didn't really want me at 12. So i moved to one of my Aunty's house where I was to live for a year. I then decided I wanted to leave and go to another aunty's house where I lived with her kids for 3 years. I am so confused because I have now as of this year moved back to the first aunty i lived with.

I dont want to live here anymore due to her selfishness and her lack of respect. I know I am 16, I also know I have rights to move out. I want to move back in with My aunty and uncle that I just lived with. I had lived in that town with my parents prior and I developed friendships alonh my life. That was my home, I miss my family, I miss my boyfriend (who lives there) I miss my old job. I dont know what I should do.

My aunty at the moment is in Bangkok getting surgery and my sister is going crazy because she is depressed (this was all before she left) and we both want to go. As my aunty is in bangkok my uncle went out to sea (where he works) and my nan and pop are watching me and the kids.

I want to leave and go back. I just dont know whether or Not I should, do I have rights, what are my rights knowing my circumstance.

Please help me, I am just so stressed and confused.

  • REALLY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, WHAT COULD THIS MEAN?

Hi, In my family we have a history of very high blood pressure, My nan (my dad's mum's mum etc) has diabetes part B. I was in biology class the other day and were learning about the heart and stresses of the heart etc. We were also learning about systolic and diastolic pressures etc. I read that the average blood pressure should be around 120/80.

Mine came out at 173/120. This was a normal day. I was told that it could be from a genetic inbalance or something. But it can also be caused from stress and unhealthy eating. I also didn't do any physical activity before the lesson. I am also not stressed about taking the blood pressure test

I don't eat much unhealthy foods. I am 16 years old and am about 169cm tall and weigh around 78. I know it's a little bit over the recommended weight but I have big bone mass.

What does this high result mean?

I have also had chest pains sometimes and i was told by my teacher to visit the doctor and get it checkted.

How soon shoud I do this?

Should I be worried about this high amount?

Could someone please explain high blood pressure to me and what it can mean?

Thank you so much for taking the time of the day!

  • Pre-ejaculation pregnancy is it true?

Hi, I am 16. And lost my virginity last night to my boyfriend of 5 months and best friend of 2 years. Anyways . This is the story.

So he fingered me then put a condom on and inserted in.

We then you know started having sex.

He didn't ejaculate and I was worried because we felt like we were doing it for like 20 minutes without anything.

Anyway, he pulled out and took the condom off, I then gave him a ******** and a hand job and nothing happened.. After a while he did it himself and taught me how to do it HAHA.

    He then ejaculated.

We decided to have sex again and put a condom on, after a while nothing happened and he pulled it off. He didn't ejaculate..

We had sex for a while (can't remember how long) then he still didn't ejaculate.

.. I have been thinking but, because he had 'come' previously and had taken the condom off in the second round.. Is it possible that I could get pregnant from that?

Also I have heard about pre-ejaculation and how it works.

Reminder ( he was also a virgin)

But I was also told that there is a natural lubricant that can contain semen?

Anyways. I just want to know what can happen and whether this is possible?

Could I be pregnant from these factors. Even the first and second sex rounds ..

    Thank you! Much appreciated!
