I ve seen that the law is "30 ft on the approach" but i was parked at a 3 way intersection not directly in front of any of the stop signs and got ticketed. The officer also incorrectly put on my ticket that my car is a 2-door vehicle when it is a 4. I just would like to know if i have any hope fighting it.

I think morphtronics have the potential to be at least tier 2 this format because it will be a slow one and they have a high swarm capability. United we stand going to two also helps this deck out a lot. What do you guys think.

Okay I asked a question yesterdayy about what people thought of my attempt at a first chapter and a lot of the answerers liked it so I'm posting my second chapter for any comments or suggestions you guys could give.

Sorry it's so long but I think you'll like it.

Chapter 2: First Day of School

Alex woke up early the next morning in order to get ready for school. He showered quickly, grabbed his backpack, and was out the door before his mom could say goodbye. Alex was determined that he would have a normal first day of school but he would later find out that this was not the way it was meant to be. As he got on the bus he sat in the first available seat and spent the rest of the trip in silence. As he was getting of the bus he noticed that a pretty brown haired girl was walking up to him. She stopped right in front of him and said

“So you’re new here huh,”

“Yeah,” he replied “I Just moved here from Washington State yesterday and we’re still getting situated.”

“Oh” she said, “Do you need someone to help you find your classes?” she asked.

“Yeah that would be nice,” He said. “Anyway I’m Alex what’s your name?” He asked.

“Hi I’m Katie and I’ll Be Your Tour Guide for the Day,” she replied jokingly. “Yeah my name’s Katie it’s nice to meet you.”

“It’s nice to meet you too,” he replied, as they walked into the building.

“So you have pre-calculus as your first class?” she asked.

Alex could barely stop himself from staring at her long enough to process what she had said and reply. “Yeah………I mean yeah, yeah,” he stammered. He had never really been good with girls and this was the first that had ever really shown real interest in him.

“Alright then well it’s just down this hallway,” she replied turning down a new hallway and continuing on. Alex followed, still unsure where she was going. “Here it is,” she said. “I guess I’ll see you after class,” Alex just managed to get out the words before he was hurrying into the classroom. Stupid, He thought to himself, she probably thinks I’m a dork after that display. He wondered what she really had been thinking about him the whole time but just couldn’t imagine it the things he came up with were just too horrible.

He was still sitting and fuming about his poor performance when someone sat down next to him and said “Hi how are you.” Alex looked up and saw a boy with short blonde hair staring down at him. “Hi the name’s Mike,” the boy said with a smile “I saw you just sitting over here by yourself and thought I would introduce myself. So, where are you from?”

Alex paused, not sure whether or not he wanted to go through the whole new person story again. “I’m from Washington State. I just moved here yesterday.” He replied.

“Oh, that’s pretty cool,” Mike said “What was it like?”

“It rained. A Lot. But it was alright. I’d lived there my whole life until we moved here.”

“Here’s not so bad” Mike replied, he looked like he was about to say more but the class was starting so they were forced to turn their attention to the front.

Alex endured the first class quietly. He was secretly happy to have found new friends so quickly and couldn’t wait to see Katie again after class. As soon as the bell rang he was out the door. He was going so fast he nearly bowled Katie over in his rush to get out of the classroom. He did however succeed in knocking the papers she had been so carefully carrying onto the floor. He watched in shocked disbelief as her papers flew every which way as they fluttered to the floor. “Here I’ll get those,” he stammered, once again curiously losing his voice as he tried to speak with her.

“It’s okay,” she said, bending down to pick up her papers. “Where are we headed next?” she asked. “Um, I think gym,” he replied holding up his schedule.

“Alright, let’s get going then,” she replied.

“Okay,” he stammered.

They made it to gym class in relatively one piece. Katie did anyway, Alex tripped over at least two trash cans and almost ran into a pole before he decided that it was probably better to watch where he was going and not spend so much time staring at her.

“This is my class too.” she said as they walked into the gym.

“Oh okay. I guess we’ll be able to meet up that much faster after class then right?” he asked.

“Yeah” she replied “And then we can take you to your next class.”

“I have Lunch next,” he replied.

“Oh really” she said “That’s good cause so do I.”

The whole period Alex couldn’t stop himself from staring at her. This may turn into a problem he thought to himself as he was hit in the head by yet another basketball. It seemed as though the kids in his class were unsure what to do with the balls and instead of shooting them through the hoop they were content to shoot them at him. When the bell finally did ring he raced into the locker room to get changed. This is the first chapter of a book I'm writing. I'm 16 and absolutely love reading books and was it with an inspiration to write one this year. I am almost done with the second chapter of the book but I'd really enjoy hearing what you think about it and any suggestions on how to improve it.

Chapter 1. New Home

Alex’s light brown hair glinted in the sunlight as his bright blue eyes stared out the car window. “Are we there yet” he called up to his mother sitting in the front seat.

“No we’re not there yet honey, don’t worry we’ll get there soon.”

Alex didn’t respond, instead staring out the car window thinking instead of all the things he was leaving behind. He had lived in Washington State for as long as he could remember and the recent decision by his mother to move to California had come as a surprise to him.

“Alright we’re here,” his mother called back to him, breaking his train of thought. Alex looked up and his eyes came to rest on the little blue townhouse that was to be their new home. “Seems a bit small doesn’t it Mom” Alex asked.

“No it’ll be enough for us,” was his mothers reply. “Help me unpack.” his mother called as she walked into the house. “Alright” Alex said reluctantly as he opened up his door and got out of the car. He walked over to the trunk, opened it, and grabbed the first box he saw.

As he walked into the house he was surprised to find that he actually liked it.

There was one room as you walked in that was connected to a small kitchen and a hallway that led to two bedrooms and a bathroom in the back of the house. Alex set the box down as he walked around the house for the first time. Just as they had been told, their furniture was stacked up against the far wall.

Alex glanced at the jumble of items as he passed it on his way to his room. When he got inside he immediately flopped onto the bed. As he was doing so he noticed a strange letter on his bed. Puzzled he opened it and started to read.

The letter read

Dear Alex,

You are very special, you have been chosen. There is a package under your bed, open it and meet us in the park at 5:00 tomorrow. We will explain everything but you must get out you are in grave danger. Don’t forget, 5:00.

Alex was trembling as he put down the letter. Someone knew he was here and someone wasn’t very happy about it. Alex glanced under his bed and was surprised to actually find a package under it. He trembled with anticipation as he brought it out onto his bed.

The wrapping was some kind of weird brown paper that crinkled as he removed it from the object it surrounded. When he had finally removed it completely Alex saw that the thing that had been incased inside. It was the most beautiful sword he had ever laid his eyes on. It was a 1 ½ handed black Katana. Sort of like a ninja’s sword would be. Alex thought as he marveled at it.

He drew it out of its sheath in one quick motion. He then started into the motions he had seen his sensei do for years since he joined the dojo. Alex slashed up, stabbed right, spun and delivered what would have been a fatal swipe to an enemy’s neck had he been fighting an actual person. As his last stroke fell there was a flash and then Alex was thrown across the room as flames flew off the edge of the blade. Alex lay on the bed in stunned disbelief.

He then put the sword back in its sheath and made a mental note that he would go to meet whoever sent him the letter the next day. He lay in his bed till his mother called him to come to dinner, and after dinner it took him a long time to get to sleep thinking of all the weird things that had happened today.

Now I know that I have had almost no experience writing books but I think this could be something I could do. If anyone shows any interest in it I could post the second chapter after it is complete.

okay i've gotten some very mixed opinions on this card which I think is just an amazing card with blackwings the cards effect states that once per turn you can select one face up blackwing monster you control.It GAINS ATK equal to the total ATK of all face-up "Blackwing" monsters on the field except itself. Monsters other than the selected monster cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

now I have always considered this to be that the monster you selected keeps his own attack, gains attack equal to all other blackwings on the field but does not gain attack equal to itself.

so if you have a bora gale and sirocco on the field and you activate sirocco's effect on bora then bora will gain 3300 extra attack but keep his own attack power raising him to 5000 attack. His attack does not just disppear for the turn he justdoesn't gain an additional 1700 attack.

could anone please clear this up?

okay my brother activated a chain detonation as a chain link one during my turn. Is this possible?

I'm going to a local tournament this weekend and was wondering if anyone had some advice for this deck. It has worked pretty well where i live and has only lost a couple of times.

My Brother tried to do this to me in one of our duels. He brain controlled my DaD then compulsoried it to his hand. Then he said he didn't have to return it because it wasn't on the field. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a legal move but could someone please clarify.
