Sooooo.. About a week ago i got into my first car accident and both of the people driving had liability. our insurance companies blame the other person(of course)... and im pretty sure it wasn't my fault.. and let me explain why.. we were sitting at a light and about 1/4 mile down the road the lanes merged together... the light went green and i knew i had to merge over so i accelerated to pass the person in the lane being merged into. but as i was doing so the other person sped up and blocked me from being able to merge over.. i sped up, so did they, i slowed down, so did they.. and ultimately because we were going about 40mph and he was blocking me from merging properly like i could of if he wasn't a dick.. we crashed(it was crash or drive up a curb into someones house)... there were no other cars on the road so its not like he couldn't slow down or speed past me.. but in my opinion im NOT at fault... because if he didn't block me from merging, i could of.. technically because i was in the merging lane it would be my fault if i didn't yield.. but i TRIED to yield and the other driver would not let me.. so who is at fault?.... anyone had something like this happen before? Please help.. there car isnt damaged as bad as mine... mine needs a couple thousand dollars worth of repair.. he had a dented fender and door.. so i need it fixed :(

Its me again with the inquires about my python.. i changed his cage to newspaper and i noticed that he did defecate in the cage so it was time to try again... i went out and bought small mice, the size above fuzzies and tried to feed him again.. i put him in a seperate cage and wiggled the mouce around, tried leaving them both in there for a little bit and even tried the same thing at night, but i ended up leaving it in his cage overnight and he still didnt eat it... His eyes are not milky at all and hes acting pretty normal... i have noticed he feels a little skinny now but.. humidity and temperature are always perfect.. soo Any tips? thanks

Okay, i know ball pythons are notorious for being very fussy eaters... The ball python i have is just about a foot and a half in length and ive had it about two weeks and it has just now started to climb the branches and move from hide to hide so i figure it is comfortable with the cage its in now?. Anyways it should be feeding on pinkies... I tried to feed it yesterday outside its cage on a plastic container top(the kind u would put clothes and stuff in for moving) and it just completely ignored the food..Did it ignore the food because it was not in a closed area and was distracted?? The pinkie was warm, i could barely feel it when i held it.. I used feeding tongs and wiggled it around in front of the snake

Habitat: I know that the habitat is important with how the snake will eat but its fine?.. The temperature on a 24hr cycle will range from about 78-88 degrees with the humidity starting out at about 50% in the morning to about 30% when it comes to night time, and i mist the tank with distilled water whenever the humidity starts to drop down... Its a 20gal tank with two hides on each side, a hide(tupperware) covered with climbing branches and leaves on the hot side and a rock hide with leaves over it and moss next to it on the cool side.. In the middle i have a water bowl big enough for the snake to fit into and twist around, underneath the water bowl is a UTH which helps evaporate the water and increase the humidity/temp, the water bowl is surrounded by peet moss that i wet every morning.. At the moment it has the mulch **** as a base but as soon as it finally shits or w.e im going to change it to newspaper... I change from a day light to a red night light every 12hrs to keep the temperatures up.. and on the open end of the top i have a wet towel to keep the heat and humidity in... And i have a friend who is a reptile supplier and she says glass tanks are not suitable for ball pythons but everywhere i look online says they are fine..

1. Does my setup sound good for a ball python?

2. Do i just need to wait a little bit and try again?

3. Any tips and tricks to get juvenile ball pythons to eat?

To get to the point.. When I play music and the subwoofer beats, the windows rattle. If i push on the part of the window where they rattle, it stops.. the windows if i roll them down and grab them i can tilt them forward and back, they are "loose".. Is there a way to fix it so they are nice and tight against the seals in the door?.. or anyone have suggestions to fix it?..

Turning the bass down is not an option by the way.

Im hoping to fix the rattles before i get my windows tinted so any help is great.

I have always wanted Sirius because of the no commercials and the wide variety of channels that it has.. My mom has a sirius account and everything but if i buy a "XM - Snap Satellite Radio" am i able to use her account in my car and she still use it in hers?? or do i have to buy my own subscription???

I like to consider myself an amateur knife/blade collector. I have survival knives, machetes, and a few other types of blades. And I've always wanted to buy a balisong/butterfly knife.. But i was looking up the other day that they could be considered illegal to have? I live in Toledo, Ohio so i was wondering if anyone knows if i can or cannot buy one? If i can what are the requirements and specifications i need to have one? If i can't, why not? I cannot find an Official rule guide for knives in Ohio..

If anyone owns a quality butterfly knife and wouldn't mind sharing where you bought it from that would be appreciated as well.

Does anyone know of any program that is free to download that is exactly like photoshop? I want to take an image, select certain areas and edit them into other photos. I dont want to buy photoshop. But is there a place i can download it free? or anything like it?

About a year ago i won a little money, and since my exhaust manifold has a little crack i was looking around and bought headers for my 99 Nissan Frontier.. without completely paying attention i bought them assuming they would fit.. The problem i have since i finally want to put them on, is that i bought headers for a 99 Nissan Frontier 5-spd.. My truck is automatic... The header itself looks like it will fit fine, the bolts are in the same place and the sensors look like they should fit fine, but its the down pipe that doesn't fit. Because the 5-spd is different the down pipe is bent differently, so could i just take the down pipe and cut it, then weld it back together so the pipe fits on my truck???

Why dont they sell headers for an automatic 1999 Nissan Frontier XE KingCab 2.4L 2WD? just a 5-spd??

I don't know if its the brakes or the rotors.. I do know that i need brakes though because they squeak sometimes and when its wet they make a loud noise if i barely let off the brakes. The noise usually always happens when I'm coasting at about 25 barely pushing on the gas. It isn't a constant squeak more like a squeak that fades in and out.

Long story short. I live in Sylvania, Ohio. I am gonna be 18 in 17 days. I was late for school and pulled over, given a ticket for 60 in a 40mph zone. there were no cars in front of me, three lane road, cloudy, cold, "moderate" traffic in oncoming lane. NEVER been in trouble before

Including court fees, ticket cost, and the cost of the class to get the points taken off my license will i have to pay? Should i plea no contest? Whats the best way to get off with the least penalties? Can i make payments on the fees or do i have to pay them all at once??... My dad thinks it wil be like $450, but my friend who has gotten a "20mph over ticket" says it should be less than $200..

So, my mom was cleaning my sisters room and found one of my sisters old phones, a Droid. She right now has a iphone, so she doesnt need it. I right now have a Pantech Hotshot. I do not have a data plan for internet use from verizon on my phone because i do not have a good enough smartphone that can use apps and stuff. Her phone worked fine and still had all the apps and everything on it and still worked fine. I could go on the internet using wifi and facebook and play games and stuff until i accidentally reset it to factory settings. My questions pretty much is, can i activate her droid using my phone number and use it as my phone now and get on the internet with wifi instead i dont have to pay the internet plan from verizon?!?!? or do i have to have an internet plan from verizon in order to use wifi?!?!

Hopefully you understand my question. Because i know that you can buy an Iphone from verizon without an internet plan on it.

Please allow me to explain what happened starting from the following night:

I will be 18 December 6th, and I stayed up until 2AM typing a paper for my 1st period class the next day. Due to how late i was up, i was veryyyy late waking up in the morning, so i was in a rush because if i am late to school i will get in trouble(the better option now...). On my way to school i was driving down the road, not looking at the speedometer i knew i was speeding but i didn't think it was that much. The next thing i know there is a cop pulling me over for the first time. I did not hesitate i pulled over immediately and he said he caught me on radar going 60mph in a 40mph zone. I was driving on a 3 lane road, there were NO cars in front of me but there was "moderate" traffic coming the other way. The weather was cloudy but cold.

How much trouble am i looking at. I plan to pay the fine and hopefully take the class.. to make sure i get no points on my license because i can NOT have a single point on my license. My future depends on it because of my career path. How much in fines and fees will i have to pay? How much will my insurance go up, if anything?

Sorry if i get confusing.. bare with me im new to this..

So i just started to get myself into more bass so i went out and bought a sub identical to this one: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sony-Xplod-XS-GTX121LW-1... its in a nice clean sealed box. What would be a good amp for this kind of sub?.. mono? 2channel?

***I put a dual audio radio in it, and my truck when i bought it according to how everything was wired did not have rear speakers, it had a 6.5 in each door with a little tweeter but they were both set as front speakers. Me and a friend of mine then wired the two 6.5's so that they were recognized as rear speakers and the tweeters were front.. we also have it so its set up for 2 more rear speakers, they are im guessing 7" speakers in a box hooked up in the back so they act sort of like woofers but mostly provide vocals.. the box that they are in has two outlets on each side to plug the left and right power to?, the wiring that i plug into the "subs" has 2 wires. one on the left side of the cab, and one on the right.. if i get an amp can i just use the 2 wires i have now, plug them into the amp as a left speaker(+,-) Right speaker(+,-), then run audio cables from the amp to the box?? my plan is to get rid of the two speakers and use the one 10"..

sorry if it got confusing.. help is greatly appreciated.. if you could find me a decent wiring kit that would be nice too.. I found this http://www.walmart.com/ip/Scosche-680W-8-Gauge-Wir... but im not sure if its good or not????

I bought the DLC and have gone through it all and the only problem im having is that even with a party of a gunzerker, commando, siren, and mechromancer, all level 50's.. we still cant beat him.. we all have static con-calls, alkaline hide of terra, blood of seraphs relic, legendary class mods, pretty much the best setup for him??? we killed the worms and lead him through the acid but we just cant seem to kill him..

If you have beat him can you help me out and give me some tips or possibly invite me and we can go through it??

Im a technically about a lvl 26 but i joined my friends game one day to loot everything and he got me up to 36.. now im stuck with like lvl 24 guns on a level 36 character.. i still have some good guns but i know there are better weapons out there..

I typically spend about 2hours a day playing slots in Moxxxi's(its addicting.. dont judge) and my inventory is full and so is my bank.. I need someone that when i play slots and win, i want them to grab the weapons laying on the ground and customization skins i tell them and sell them so i can keep playing without having to worry about picking them up and everything.. You can keep all the money you get from the weapons and you will get the eridium i win and the money i win also because its online shared..

Ive owned an 88' Mustang GT Convertible for the last year and whenever i get on the gas and run it up above 2500rpm it likes to backfire, not always LOUD, sometimes quiet, sometimes it doesn't even backfire.. It's done it since i bought it.. I gave it a tune-up one day and cylinder 6 and 8's spark plugs were just SOAKED.. Ive wired the distributor for the HO motor and regular 5.0 motor and it ran the exact same which i think it shouldn't have.. Changed the ignition coil and a few smaller things. I do not know what fuel pumps are in the car, it has NO CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. My uncle who designs the cams for the new mustangs and builds mustangs in his free time thinks that i might have 2 push rods that don't work but i have no clue.. Any Help is greatly appreciated..

I just bought a 88 ford mustang gt 5.0 convertible and i just gave it an oil change and changed the spark plugs. i pulled two plugs and they were bad and when i put new ones back in it still seems to be running on 6 cylinders. before it gets warmed up there is a miss when u hit the gas that almost kills the car. im thinking tps for the miss but any ideas on what they could be?. distributor wired wrong/wrong firing order??
